I recently came into the store this month to make a return. I believe her name is Laura, was no help at all. She continuously was forcing me to do an exchange rather than a return even though I had my receipt and original form of payment. Her action of harassing me to do an exchange, rude attitude not only towards me but her coworker whom was there as well, and monotonous voice has put me in an uncomfortable position.I’m a regular at the mall and this is not the first time I have seen this lady act like this…

Staff is friendly, and outfits are cute. I would call it overpriced because there’s no a way a toddler shirt should cost as much as an adult.
