Big shout out to team member Oliver. I called him twice since my phone began to malfunction. Oliver quickly suggested troubleshooting options. Later, oliver offered purchasing options of different models and specifications of some phone models. Oliver was very helpful, very patient, and very knowledgeable. It's definitely a great asset to have on your team. When needed, I'll be Definitely dropping in there for further assistance.

Jaime the manager was so patient and kind, he helped me recover my phone number and pin. I tried different Cricket locations and no one was willing to help me, he did it in less than 20 minutes!
