This Review is for LAITH, a Pharmacist at this CVS
Laith is truly exceptional. When my doctor made it unnecessarily difficult to get my birth control filled, Laith stepped in and made sure I was taken care of—especially important since I was out of town. He showed genuine care and compassion, even mentioning how upsetting it was to see someone so stressed over access to their medication. In a healthcare system that often feels cold and impersonal, Laith brought a much-needed human touch. I’m so grateful for his empathy, professionalism, and willingness to help. Give this man a RAISE, cause he’s a GEM.

Pharmacy staff are unprofessional & they rush through the process of ringing up customers, quickly handing over prescriptions & hurriedly send you off. Confidentiality is not guarded. Poor customer service is evident, staff demonstrates that they're poorly trained. Their attitude is poor as well which I observed when I asked questions & inquired further for clarification about prescription information & when I was being rung up. It seems that they're not used to customers who read, pay attention & inquire further about their system process. With this type of service, it's no wonder why they're closing these types of businesses.

They are not open 24 hours on Sundays. I don't know the exact hours, but I'm positive the store is closed during the overnight hours on Sundays, as I have gone there expecting it open when closed several times.

Pharmacy doesn't always return calls. They will randomly cancel refill requests. So frustrating.

CVS on 3rd Ave is by far the best CVS I have ever went to. Cashier was friendly and helpful. The pharmacy was fast and friendly. I will definitely come back to this CVS.
Now the CVS on East Plaza Blvd in National City is TERRIBLE! The lines are so long they go outside to the parking lot. The drive thru for the pharmacy always has hours of wait time. I will NEVER go back to that CVS ever again.
CVS ON 3RD AVENUE IN CHULA VISTA ROCKS!!! ALL STAFF IS AWESOME ?

Everything is locked up.
when I went to ask a staff member, they looked annoyed. another staff member with black hair saw me waiting and gave me attitude and said “you coulda asked me to unlock it” okay… she should have asked me if I needed help, cause I did. So unprofessional. The cashier Beth is the only good egg in there.
