Excellent service, missing in most CVS, more section staff in the pharmacy, since at all hours the wait is more than 20 minutes and bilingual staff is also required, since many Spanish-speaking people attend

I always have problems grabbing my medicine I can never grab the medicine that my doctor gives me it's really stressful they always say it's not there or they only give me what they want so I never have my full medicine or sometimes I don't have anything and you want to talk to someone and In the end no one helps you resolve the situation

This has to literally be the worst pharmacy in the entire country. I have never seen an entire pharmacy close for lunch during the middle of a Saturday. I thought maybe they were short staffed. Nope. EIGHT employees walk in at the same time when the lunch break is over. Why don't they stagger their lunches 4 at a time? Huge line already formed and not a single one of them was in any kind if hurry to help when they got off their lunch. That's the least of this pharmacy's problems though. Bathrooms out of order for weeks. The handicap ramp is literally innaccessable (railing was smashed by a car). It's an easy fix, why not fix it? This place literally sells handicap equipment but handicapped people cannot access it. Neither the front of the store or the pharmacy answer the phone. The employees are mostly rude as well. The floor is disgusting. They constantly send messages saying prescriptions are ready just to find out upon arriving that they are not. This place is a joke. The type of place so terrible that you usually only see it on tv and movies where the director has intentionally and dramatically set the place to be so abhorrent. This place doesn't even deserve the single star.

Wrong again! I thought that CVS on third Ave. got a new pharmacy team. Although most of the people look new, being unprofessional seems a constant characteristic of this pharmacy. They can’t even check where they “transferred out” a prescription that was placed in their pharmacy and that their own customer didn’t request to transfer anywhere else. They are able to “lose” electronic prescription…if the prescription wasn’t for my child I would laugh, but there is only to cry. Ridiculous and unprofessional are synonymous of CVS on third…congrats!

So I had wisdom teeth removal for impacted teeth and went to cvs right after and they didn't even have my Hydrocodone-Acetamin 5-325 MG Tablet so I told my dentist and he prescribed me something else like Acetaminophen-Cod #3 Tablet Ohhh but wait. You guys don't have the generic brand of medicine that you should always have in stock. Get this though, I was told the Hydrocodone was going to be ready today the 14th... NOPE. The other one? ON HOLD. Kid at the counter didn't even refer me to a different cvs. Told me straight up to just take ibuprofen for the gapping holes in my mouth from surgery. I am now extremely disappointed in this cvs now. Thanks for nothing.

The pharmacy staff here is completely inept. If your scripts are important/life saving, this is NOT the place to get them filled.

Pharmacy hours and store hours are different. Pharmacy is open 8-8 M-F and closed from 12:30-1 for lunch. Saturday 9-6 closed 12:30-1 for lunch. And Sunday10-6 closed 12:30-1 for lunch. If you need a actual 24 hour pharmacy the cvs on plaza blvd is open 24 hours for you parents that need medication at 2am for a sick child

Leonardo is the worst at customer service. Even with a full team behind him, he still can't ask for help. This pharmacy was full today with customers as well as staff. No one is communicating. Everyone is running in one direction or another. Leonardo didn't want to take the time to listen to my questions. he just told me to go to drop off. I was trying to explain to him they called my husband from this store and it's ready. He told the trainee, " I guess she doesn't want help." And tried to walk away. I raised my voice, and i got everyone's attention. Once a pharmacist took me to the side and informed me there was nothing they could do, I demanded they check again. You guys from this store called us saying it's ready and time after time I come in same day and no medication. I hear the same thing from them every week. Just don't call or text us saying it's ready if it's not. I have to find parking in a parking lot that is being taken over from the medical building across the street. Then come in and wait in a 30-minute line to be told you guys were wrong. Well, guess what? I got my husbands medication. It was in the back of the fridge. The one they called about. The one they said they didn't have anymore. The one the kid said I didn't want help with. But since I was yelling at this point, I guess the pharmacist decided to let me have the medication to get me out of there. This place is shady keeping medication to the side. Maybe they favor certain customers and let them have it before others since there is a shortage. But that's my opinion, and that's how they made it seem like.

EVERYTIME, i try to do something at this pharmacy, BAD NEWS. All these people have to do is put little pills in little bottles. HOW could this be soooo hard?? AND..they get paid really well for what they are doing, or, are supposed to be doing. Incompetance and privilege run rampant at this pharmacy. They will blow you off with bad information, (oh, just call back tomorrow, the pharmacist will be here then)(so I call back tomorrow) (Oh, I am sorry the pharmacist is not in today)(??) I am going to change pharmacys. AND.. they ALWAYS screw up my son's prescriptions, and try to UPSELL you on stuff you dont need. and dont even TRY to get an appointment for a covid shot, its like, they dont want to do it! hint hint, they get paid REALLY WELL for covid shots. BADLY mismanaged business.

Worst experience the person who was in pharmacy today at 7 pm was very rude this lady should not be attending customers , will never go back here ….we were scheduled for vaccinations and as soon as we arrive she told us that she didn’t have vaccines and this was not true we felt like she didn’t want to do the work….☹️

Decided to get a second COVID booster, and checked for appointments on the Internet. CVS at 691 Third Avenue came up, and I made an appointment for 10 AM.I have never been in this store, and found its placement on the lot to be quite interesting. It does not face Third Avenue, instead is perpendicular to it. It would difficult to find this store, but for the signage.Walking up to the pharmacy counter, I was greeted promptly at 10 AM by Aimee Trammell, the registered pharmacist who would administer the injection. She administered it professionally and painlessly. There is a required 15 or 20 minute waiting period, so I cooled my heels in the same chair where the injection was administered. I would have just left early, but Aimee had possession of my vax card, and gave it back to me at the completion of the waiting period. No side effects, just a slightly tender left deltoid. It was a very efficient way to get a booster shot. I may come back here in December when the new protein-based vaccines are released.
