CVS pharmacy Sweetwater Rd San Diego CA was not helpful. Requesting reconsideration on an item that was purchased with 40% discount. I made a mistake in my purchase and went back to exchange it with the same brand and price but different item but will not give me anymore the 40% discount as it was already used although I am just exchanging it. No reconsideration given and was not nice in explaining the issue.

I recommend visiting this CVS because the crew there are great people. I was helped by a young lady whose last name is Lara. She was of great help and I personally think that we lack this type of old fashioned customer service. She will be a leader someday.

I went to photo center, nobody was at photo center. Asked a worker and she directed me main desk rudely. Of course, I did not make business with them.

I called around to several CVS stores to ask if they could print out large format photos until I finally found this location (380 East H Street in Chula Vista). I lucked out, they had a sale, and I used my Extra Care Plus Rewards to score an amazing deal! When I went to pick them up, Teresa, who doesn't work in the photo department graciously helped me out. My pictures turned out stunning, looking like they came from a professional studio. CVS only gets 4 stars because I had to call around to find this one. I will be sending more pictures to this location.

Debbie I the pharmacy has just hung up on me more than 3 times, stating she would call me back. Never did of course. They are also closed for lunch every day from 1:00-230 pm so it is impossible to get your prescription if they are at lunch, normally, I've never seen a CVS pharmacy that is closed for lunch. It would seem they could leave one person working, while another went to lunch and so on & so forth. My Pain medication they promised me today, I am completely out of, they forgot to order, and don't have any. This CVS is the worst one I have ever been to. I am looking for a different location to transfer to as soon as possible

Customer service needs improvement. I had ordered photos online and was notified by email that my photos were ready for pick up. I show up and realized nobody was in the photo section so I asked one of the employees at the registers if they could send someone over. I was just about to ask and the lady Jen rolled her eyes and didn't even acknowledge me. It was completely rude. The other employee ( male, curly med length dark hair) didn't say anything just turned around put away something and then walked towards the photo department. He asked for my name and pretended to look for my photos but had no luck or was just not really trying. He gave up in matter of minutes and said he would get someone else to help me. I stood around for a good 15 minutes and nobody ever showed up.
