Honestly, this pharmacy sucks. The people there are rude. The staff they lie to me. They told me they placed my order for my prescription. The lady that placed my order was rude to me because she told me that I shouldn’t be taking those pills and I just felt really disrespected in this place and I hope this place shuts down because the workers don’t really wanna work. I’ve been calling multiple times regarding about my prescription status and they keep telling me that they don’t have it that they’re waiting for it and every time I call because I get messages telling me that my prescription is ready to be picked up. They just tell me that my prescription is not ready.

Customer service bad , my husband needs vaccines and we didn’t have an appointment, but they way they talked to us, and other customers the worst. We went to another place.

I always go to that pharmacy..close to where I live. I get my covid shots and flu shots there..always helpful staff..never had a issue there..always asking me do I have any questions

Wide assortment of many items, from cleaning for the house, soaps for washing to gifts, medicine, it has almost everything and has very good prices, the employees are very friendly.

They are not regular. Every time I visited, the personnel were not at work and I had to wait a long time. They are not responsible.

Best customer service ever!! I’ve had problems with another CVS not having my prescriptions that I verified were there. Dr. Giovanni was INCREDIBLY helpful, and found out I had 4 duplicate accounts with different addresses, he found my doctor had entered my birthday wrong which is why my prescriptions weren’t showing up. He took the time to merge all of my accounts together so I can get my medications easier next time. No other employee at the other CVS was willing to help me or even look into why I was having my problem. Thank you so much Dr. Giovanni!

I waited 20 minutes to talk to customer service for them to tell me to call another CVS for a transfer. Arent your systems connected? You are a national brand. Good luck trying to get a hold of some to give you an answer. I wouldn't recommend this CVS.

Made appointment for a Vaccine and everything went very smooth! Jonathan checked me in & was very nice and helpful. Giovanni the Pharmacist was very nice too! Great job! I was a little hesitant to make appointment here because of the (2) bad reviews but these two individuals should be given a raise because they we're great. I recommend this pharmacy DT

Giovanni pharmacist is a very kind person and always tried to help you what is more convenience for all of us. He capacity to speak two languages in a city that many peoples speaking Spanish help older people to communicate with confidence and resolved all their doubts. My experience with him has always been very helpful.
