This is the worst pharmacy ever. They never have any stock, they fail at ordering your medications and the staff especially the pharmacy manager is rude.

Today I went to pick up my prescription at the Eastlake CVS. I had already received several automated "prescription refill is ready" voicemails. When I requested the prescriptions they stated they would not be ready till next month. After much discussion they must have figured out something was wrong and offered to fill the prescriptions. While I was waiting I used their restroom. I was horrified. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was dried feces and the smell of urine everywhere as well a dirt and dead bugs on the floor. I was shocked that a pharmacy, which should be known for a sanitary and clean environment was so disgusting. After paying for my prescriptions I went to the front registers to let them know the condition of their restroom. Unfortunately there was a very long line and was not able to wait any longer. Maybe the department of health should look into this store.

This place is getting worse by the minute. The see to be reliable, now they open when they feel like it. Long line waiting for some sign of life and the store staff can't even confirm what time they open.

I went in to purchase a seasonal Easter item today for my daughter and the cashier was very helpful however when she informed the "supervisor" that the item we were looking to purchase was a very popular stuff animal. She lied and said the store only received three. I asked why it said it was available online, she was clueless. She was rude and a liar. After calling and asking for a manager or supervisor regarding inventory she stated she was not a supervisor. This is the second time I've had an issue with employees being "selective" with issuing this particular item. Shame on the neighborhood pharmacy for employing and encouraging this type of behavior.

I'm going to keep this review short and sweet. I've not had a bad experience here. I think I've shopped here once or twice but I primarily deal with the pharmacy. When I did come to shop I needed help bit times and was helped with a smile and the employee walked me over to the item I was looking for. To me, that's great customer service.The pharmacy staff is really nice. When there is a long like the staff doesn't just look at it and put their heads down, they jumó on a register and get to helping. A few times I've shown up right after the RX was called in and the wait was no longer than 15 minutes. Now, I use their app and text messaging system when it comes to filling my prescriptions and it makes things super easy. My RX is usually filled within the hour it was called in and I get an app and text notification. I usually have shied away from big box pharmacies because it's a less personal experience but this pharmacy reminds me of the small retail pharmacies. The employees at this CVS pharmacy are personable. They remember me (not sure if that's a good thing) and they get me in and out with a quickness.

Was not pleased w the young guy working tonight 1/9/2022 around 8pm. I was using the self-checkout, but the screen froze twice, right when I was finishing my transaction of 15 items of Skincare stuff, Totaling a cost of $152- ish dollars.He then said he will help me after the woman he is currently helping.I waited....Took some time as it looked like the woman was returning items? Or? She was getting a large some of money back. , so I decided to try the 2nd self checkout booth, while he was helping her. It froze on me so I had to wait some more.....He came over to unlock the Screen...Then, I told him.... If he could wait a little, until I was done, so the screen won't freeze on me, again....He told me, he has to get going and that it shouldn't freeze anymore......All I said "....Wow."I did Not Appreciate his customer service....Even if he had to go, he handled the situation unprofessionally.*He had told me he would help me after the woman he helped...But, Left before my Transaction was Complete. (I don't understand why he couldn't wait a few seconds until my Transaction was complete to make sure I was well on my way.... as he could see I was waiting some time, now.)After he left,Well, the Screen Froze, AGAIN.And, so I waited some more until the woman came to help me unfreeze the screen. She was nice.But, I did Not Appreciate the young man & how he treated me.

Had a smooth experience at this CVS on a weekday evening. Parking was plentiful. Store wasn't crowded. Service was prompt. Couldn't ask for much more than that!

Guys this Pharmacy is far better than the Walgreens, I dont wait for long tome and they are more organized. I have many crazy experience just refill or getting my presciption in Walgreens.

Pharmacy is quick and the Pharmacist and her staff is very helpful. I have not purchased anything besides using the pharmacy but the line to checkout was long. They seem to have a lot of items and inventory of things to purchase, which is good.

If I could give it 0/5 I would. This pharmacy is garbage. The only reason why I come here is out of convenience of not having to go into Walmart or Walgreens traffic. Pharmacy doesn't follow HIPA, is very rude. I received my fill for a new medication, being a previous Pharmacy Tech I know Pharmacist usually consult you go over concerns and such. Pharmacist just signed off looked at me and said it's going to take 3 weeks for it to feel like it's working and continued on to a conversation with someone in the bag. Never have I ever, seen such an unprofessional pharmacy.

This particular cvs is located in the same business plaza as Trader Joe's, tj maxx and sprouts. Extremely clean location. Very well organized and stocked. Pharmacy is very prompt, efficient and friendly. If possible, check out back there. Because there are loooooong wait times to check out in the front, 1 cashier and 1 self check out. Good luck. Overall not a bad CVS

I like that this CVS is close to my home but they have a hard time locating products for me, customer service isn't the best and OMG don't order photo panels from here! I had to get mine redone twice and finally had to go to a different cvs so they can make it right for me! Other than that it's a clean store and I don't use their pharmacy so I can't add a review to that.
