Lady at this place lied and said I would pay 2200 for a bracelet I bought, come to find out I had to pay 4000$ Through another company which doesn't make since because If I would have known I wouldn't have bought it. I Have the receipt at home and will add picture later. Definitely won't be buying jewelry here again and wouldn't recommend.

Bought a 14 k gold bracelet for 800 dollars and it was plated!! I feel robbed lied to and cheated they also ran more than one inquiry on my credit score and have impacted my score very bad .. be careful when you go to the Chula Vista place.

I came into the store with my bf and we were going to walk out with a ring today, we already saw what we liked and were ready to purchase. I read the information regarding the ring online and I wanted to confirm with the lady about the center diamond, she wasn't sure so she asked the manager or whoever was in charge for help. The lady lied to us about the size of the carat, she said it was a carat when it wasn't. She after said I wasn't sure because it's hard to understand. We were still discussing about purchasing the ring but decided not to because the manager was trying to obviously scam us. I'm sorry but if you work at a jewelry store you know the sizes of a diamond and know your merchandise. If she didn't lie to us we would have walked out with a ring and they would have made a sale. I would never go back there again. How messed up is it to try and lie to someone about something so important to a couple.

I am not one to write reviews. But I wanted to share of how pleasant and exceptionally service I received from the sales associates. I was there to pick out an engagement ring but had really not a clue of how this process. I was greeted by Alexis Sanches and she showed me some rings on display. She took the time to educate me on the merchandise, made the experience very comfortable and fun. Then the assistant manager ( Magda) was tremendous in assisting me in purchasing the ring. Overall great service and beautiful ring. Susana was very helpful aswell I want to Express my gratitude to the team at Daniels Jewelry for making this a great experience. To your success!! Enrique

Idk why this store gets a lot of hate. I came in here just window shopping, but Alexis made me feel real comfortable so I decided to actually give it a chance and she helped me pick out this beautiful chain, along w some earrings for my baby girl. I got my ears pierced there and first she couldn’t measure them right my mom had to do it second she got her glove stuck in my piercing and tried to cut it off with non sterilized scissors and was yanking on my ear to try and get it out third when she did the other ear the gun got stuck and she had to do it twice so it would get unstuck... worst place to get ears pierced. Claire’s did a better job on me when I was little... So unprofessional worst place ever! They only gave us a 5 dollar discount...
