I came into the store with my bf and we were going to walk out with a ring today, we already saw what we liked and were ready to purchase. I read the information regarding the ring online and I wanted to confirm with the lady about the center diamond, she wasn't sure so she asked the manager or whoever was in charge for help. The lady lied to us about the size of the carat, she said it was a carat when it wasn't. She after said I wasn't sure because it's hard to understand. We were still discussing about purchasing the ring but decided not to because the manager was trying to obviously scam us. I'm sorry but if you work at a jewelry store you know the sizes of a diamond and know your merchandise. If she didn't lie to us we would have walked out with a ring and they would have made a sale. I would never go back there again. How messed up is it to try and lie to someone about something so important to a couple.

I am not one to write reviews. But I wanted to share of how pleasant and exceptionally service I received from the sales associates. I was there to pick out an engagement ring but had really not a clue of how this process. I was greeted by Alexis Sanches and she showed me some rings on display. She took the time to educate me on the merchandise, made the experience very comfortable and fun. Then the assistant manager ( Magda) was tremendous in assisting me in purchasing the ring. Overall great service and beautiful ring. Susana was very helpful aswell I want to Express my gratitude to the team at Daniels Jewelry for making this a great experience. To your success!! Enrique

Idk why this store gets a lot of hate. I came in here just window shopping, but Alexis made me feel real comfortable so I decided to actually give it a chance and she helped me pick out this beautiful chain, along w some earrings for my baby girl. I got the best customer service from Alexis and Jessica both

My boyfriend had bought me two rings from this location. At first when i got them, one of them weren't made the correct size. After i paid for them to fix it it came back smaller. Next the manager i believe margarita (maggie) has said she can fix it at no charge. When i got it back and i wore them it started turning black (the rings). I took them back and they were suppose to fix it. Finally when i picked them up the last time they looked fine but after wearing them they started turning balck again. The lady even asked me if i have been wearing silver which i have i have a silver bracelet and nothing has ever happened to it i even shower with it on and go to the pool with it on. When she asked if i would like to pick something that is gold i said no because im not happy with the quality, she just said ok with an attitude and gave me her back. So as you can see im not happy at all with your stores service. To top it all off i know silver should never turn black unless its fake. If i could give zero stars i would.

The ladies here are unprofessional but not only that they are rude !! Specially the manager and Alexis ... my husband bought 3000 worth on our wedding rings obviously buying insurance when I went in to have my ring resized they wanted me to pay 75 for doing so obviously argued that we had bought insurance and that was suppose to be part of it and from then on treated us so rude and said they would have it done in 2 days they also said they would give is a call when they were ready... a week passed never got a call so I decided to go in... what a surprise when I tried them on and they were exactly how I left them !! Honestly worst service ever ...
