Deseo Studio is a very elegant and well organized dance studio. I highly recommend the hustle classes as Shay and Serena are champions and the lessons are very detailed and certainly fun.

Super fun, inspiring, professional!!! Great monthly special I want to go to next. Pending. I started with them outdoors on Tuesday market days at Otay Ranch post pandemic as a walk-in and they were always so cordial, flexible, and fun!!! Will be back soon!

I was in need of a last minute venue to host my son's graduation party and Deseo Studios immediately came to mind. I had previously attended one of their Latin Dance Parties, so I knew the venue would be perfect due to it being very spacious, classy, and in a great location....Once I made contact with Serena, she made me feel so welcome along with making me feel comfortable about renting her studio for my son's graduation party. She was very helpful in providing me with vendors to help me with my event and was sweet enough to check in on me to ensure I had everything I needed to make this party a success. I do have an honorable mention for staff member Monica, who was extremely helpful the day of the event and helped keep the evening running smoothly.I highly recommend Deseo Studios for studio event rentals and of course for their wonderful dance parties as well! Thank you Deseo Studios for making my sons graduation party a memorable one!

Second dance session for my kids, and they love it! Nina and Serena are wonderful! They're so patient and knowledgeable. Serena is so sweet and great with kids! The studio is large and clean and caro at the front desk is incredibly helpful. Could not recommend this studio more!!

Serena is as amazing as the legend says. She's extremely passionate, intelligent, polite, and the best part is that she can adapt to the students level! As an intermediate dancer she gave me the tough love that I was looking for and the next second she can be totally compassionate & easy to understand for beginners!

Serena Cuevas is one of the BEST in the business. SoCal is lucky to have such a talented instructor who is well versed in everything! From body movement, technique, musicality, performance teams, and the social dance scene. I had a private lesson with her on 2 different occasions and it was great. My favorite thing about her and her studio is that they focus on brining QUALITY, in every aspect of what they offer. You're going to dance in an elegant space, get treated well, you're going to improve in your dance goals, you're going to be inspired, and you're going to have fun! I wish there was a Temecula branch of Deseo Studios so the drive wouldn't be as far for me, but even so, it is always worth it! I highly recommend learning dance with Deseo Studios and Serena Cuevas.

Serena and her staff are wonderful, and the BEST in the business!! Super warm, they make you feel at home in their beautiful studio. Private lessons are very valuable, group lessons are animated, fun & at the same time you’re learning dance & acquiring skills. We’re looking forward to the upcoming workshops.

I first encountered Serena Cuevas?? and Deseo Studios over three years ago while visiting family in San Diego . Ever since that initial lesson ?? with her, I immediately became hooked on her astounding knowledge and craftsmanship. Not only has Serena helped elevate my knowledge of salsa and bachata…she has become an inspiration in my life ?? to become a better dancer. Even though I live in Northern California… my family/friends are well aware that I idolize her as a human being, mentor and of course dancer. I have stated many times….she is the absolute best dancer ?I have ever seen and always a privilege to engage her on the dance floor. My family is well aware that I make it a priority to visit Deseo Studios and attend their dance functions every time I visit San Diego. Just little over 1 week ago, I attended a social dance function at her “beautiful” new studio and even referred a family member to her as potential new student ?. Her friendly staff, instructors and established students are very welcoming along with encouraging to new students of any skill level ??. Lastly, to prove I am a true believer, I personally am trying to coordinate a private salsa/bachata all day workshop for me along with my fellow dancers here in Northern California with Serena as our special guest instructor??. As mentioned, Deseo Studios has an incredible new location ? and I cannot wait to engage the magnificent Serena Cuevas in the very near future.
