Update:
They restocked the shelves and organized the store finally!!! All the other 3 times or so I have been here was a total mess so I am glad they are improving.
This is the most messy, low stock, and unorganized Dollar Tree I have been to in San Diego. I am shocked that nothing has improved since the couple of times I have been here. Also, it is strange that the brightness in the store is low and too dark at times. They need more employees to restock the shelves and organize everything better.

I’m assuming Becky G who works there was having a rough day today based on how she took it out on me when I told her I needed to return my items. Very rude I almost couldn’t believe the amount of attitude I was receiving. I thought I was being pranked . When her boss came to clear the return, she wasn’t any better. Maybe due to the fact it was only 1 register open with like 40 of us waiting . I’m not sure . I don’t appreciate it , nevertheless I do hope that she had a better day.

Store is usually stocked but customer service can be better. I was in line to pay and just walk a couple steps to read a label for an item in case I wanted to get it but got right back in line and as I got in line the cashier Anna put a sign for lane closed even though she did see that I was in the line prior to that. I understand she must have been clocking out because her manager was waiting to close out her register. The manager did tell me that the lane was closed but I told him that I had been standing there before the sign was put up and he was okay with that. And then Anna proceeds to talk to him in Spanish about me as if I don't understand. She basically called me a liar saying that I should have manners because I'm young but she doesn't know how old I am. This isn't the first time that I come into this Dollar tree and she's giving me attitude so this time I'm just going to go ahead and write a review so hopefully management can see it in a problem.

This dollar tree carries the plus section. Bigger size products but cost more. Still needs to change it's name. $1.25 isn't to it's name.
