The absolute best computer repair place in San Diego hands down. I called up the shop and talked to Manny and he was very willing to help.I walked into the shop and Manny asked what's wrong, I said in detail what's wrong and he instantly had a couple ideas of what it could be, very good on communication. And a day later Manny already figured out what the issue was, described it to me, and offered solutions to help me and had it fixed the next day. Very quick and cheap and very friendly.Definitely my new go-to spot and already told my family about the place if they ever needed any computer service done. Quick, cheap, communicative , helpful and friendly. Everything you could want. Thank you Manny for your help!!

My laptop was hit with a virus, being new to the area, I was unsure who to go to. I goggled "computer repair companies". Due to their high review rating, I called. I dropped of my laptop & was extremely pleased with the service & quick repair.

I had a situation with my PlayStation and I needed to get it repaired, I also wanted it to be a local, near me shop and I found ECS. I brought it in and It was the best decision I could have made. Despite some not so good reviews I read, I took a chance and those reviews couldn’t have been more wrong. My experience was awesome. Customer service was top notch, repairs were on point and they even went above and beyond my expectations. Price, Speed and communication did it for me. I will never go anywhere else, I was treated with respect and even felt like family. This shop really cares for your property and business. I want to thank Mr. Manny and let him know that the PlayStation is working like new. If you need a repair, don’t waste your time and look no further, ECS, is your best option.

They installed the wrong motherboard.As a level 8 google contributor with over 4,000 contributions I pride myself with honest and objective reviews which sometimes hurts the ego of proprietors. Truths and facts are important and my review of this business holds merit which in this case was upheld and proven by a court of law.My MacBook Pro stopped working and needed a replacement motherboard.Originally I had 2019 16" Macbook Pro - the integrated logic board included a 2TB SSD, 64Mb RAM, Processor 2.3Ghz i9 8core CPU Boosted to 4.8Ghz, Graphics AMD Pro 8GB memory, $4000 new.They installed a 500Mb SSD, 16GB RAM, Processor 2.6Ghz i7 6core CPU, and Graphics Intel UHD 630 w/ 1.5GB memory. It's like my Macbook went from being a Corvette to a VW Bug. This downgraded part was installed without my knowledge or consent. They said it was human error and wanted an extra $1,000 to install correct motherboard or they would install old broken board and refund. Neither was an option as I lived out of the country and already spent several hundred dollars (tax and shipping) to this point.So, for the first time ever, I took them to court to let the law decide who is right and who was wrong. After hearing both sides the judge ruled in my behalf awarding me cost of wrongful repair.For this reason cannot recommend this business.

Thanks for saving the information on my Macbook Pro it had liquid damage and would not turn on. They saved all my kids baby pictures and my wedding photos! They also got my laptop working again and was literally like nothing happened. Total life savers! Will definitely recommend this business to everyone.

Manny was amazing to work with. My daughter stepped on my MacBook Pro and severely damaged it. That laptop had been with me for years and it had really important documents, photos, and programs on it. He was able to rebuild my MacBook, recover my data, increase the ram, and made the computer way faster. He also reinstalled Photoshop and Microsoft Office for me. Manny was easy to communicate with and offered a great price. I’m so thankful he was able to save my computer and I didn’t have to buy a new one. I highly recommend Easy Computer Solutions for your computer needs.

I took twice my ps4 console to this place Easy Computer Solution located on Chula Vista area. Paid too much,($119.61) and for (Mandy) or them NOT fixing it correctly!? it was worst!?they took the console apart, and damaged the systems, and database! bunch of ripped off's!? I don't recommend anyone to this place at all.?They never fixed it, and they took way too long to get it repaired. I had to called them to see if they were done. Excuses they had. So I picked up the ps4 and lefted. I rate this place zero star's. I highly never recommend this place to anyone whom is searching to fixed there ps4. Bad ? bad ? services ?
