This is by far the best bank with the best customer service in the South Bay. The new accounts rep. Monica is super friendly, patient and understanding. She really makes me feel valued as a customer and has gone above and beyond explaining things to my elderly parents when they've had questions. This is one of the few places I look forward to visiting on a regular basis. Job well done.
