Moving in was very seamless, switching to a bigger unit was also easy. Jonathan was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. 100% recommend this company to store your belongings, it is climate controlled and multiple security safety measures.

Public Storage is a scam! The manager, Daniel said the rates were locked in and would not increase; he is a liar! After only 3 months, my rate was increased by over 50%! Public Storage customer service is HORRIBLE, they are of zero help. Save yourself the headache and do NOT rent a unit here.

Pros: Very clean and new facility. Very large facility.Plenty of parking spots. Good access control with key pads and individual customer codes. Each access code allows entry only to the specific area where the customer spot is. Even to access the elevator. Camera surveillance. Gated facility. David, the front desk rep is awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and helpful. Each spot is covered with a mesh preventing unauthorized access from the top. Good landscaping. Smart lighting control, motion activated. According to what stated by the front desk rep, they do daily walks to check conditions of spots. Locks are tagged with business stickers as a way to check integrity of each spot.
Facility access through the business app, sparing the need to key punch codes. Really useful when driving in and out, so no swirling towards the key pads.
Free dolly access.
Climate control storage.
Cons:
Restroom access only for customers on the first floor, as that's where the restroom is located. Customers on the 2nd floor have no access to it, unless directly asking the front desk. employee to open the office door to the storage area on the first floor.
Facility access is limited from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Access through the app ends at 8:00 p.m. probably as the system has not been updated with the current daylight saving time setting.
The App has a glitch an usually doesn't open the gate.
Spots have no individual lighting, so it is pretty dimmed, even more when the corridor sensors don't detect any motion. Personal battery powered flash lights are required to have a clear visibility inside the spots.

The spaces are clean and secure. The spaces are air conditioned. I felt safe visiting at night. But it is a nightmare to get hold of the property manager. They lock the office and disappear. You have to leave a voicemail and wait outside for unlimited time until they appear at the front desk again.

I had a fantastic experience at this Public Storage location. The facility itself is outstanding. It very clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me complete peace of mind about storing my belongings.
What really stood out to me, though, was the incredible customer service. Jonathan, the staff member who assisted me, was absolutely amazing. He was professional, informative, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also patient, approachable, and genuinely friendly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
It’s rare to encounter staff who make you feel so valued as a customer, and Jonathan truly did that. His level of care and service exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this Public Storage location if you’re looking for a safe and reliable place to store your belongings. With the combination of top-notch facilities and exceptional staff like Jonathan, you can’t go wrong.

Just finished up a two year run with Public Storage in Eastlake. I can’t say enough about the customer service I experienced. The place is spotless and incredibly secure. Codes needed for doors, gates and elevator. Courtesy floor dollies everywhere and quick response from staff and manager. In particular property manager David and district manager Robert were exceptional and went above and beyond. To ensure my stay was secure, convenient and a great experience overall. Have been with ExtraSpace and other national storage facilities and they just don’t compare. David was always available for any issues even while away at lunch or patrolling the property and Robert was fantastic helping out during his busy schedule anytime it was requested. Well done Public Storage. I rarely leave reviews, especially positive ones. But this was well deserved. Moving can be very exhausting and overwhelming. Thank you to both Robert and David for easing the pain. I will definitely be back and have already referred over 10 people as I work at the nearby RV resort. Nobody needs self storage more than RV’ers. Oh and they beat all the prices of nearby competitors and even made every effort to match or beat any price. Their social media app is also a dream to work with.
