Wow the customer service is amazing! I’ve been here twice this week and Sheena and Amaya were extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions. They helped me find the perfect size unit to fit all my belongings. Thank you for the TOP TIER service! I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Just wanted to say how thankful I am to Sheena and Amaya for helping my mother in law out in her time of need. We needed to find affordable storage fast and their customer service made an otherwise stressful day just a little bit easier. Highly recommended.

Sheena was very helpful, friendly and answered my million questions. She took me around to different units so I can find the right size for what I needed. I opened the unit in the office!

I rented a storage unit from the Chula Vista location on Fenton and the service there was great. Joe, was very helpful, he answered all my questions, and concerns. He made some suggestions and showed me three units. The place was clean and it felt very safe. I was very happy with the service and I would suggest it to everyone.

Well at first I was having some issues. Thanks to Natasha (who is wonderful at her job by the way) at the El Cajon location helped me out tremendously. If ever I need any help at a Public Storage I will ask for her. Thanks public storage you all are amazing ?

Public storage on Fenton street is one of the most air conditioned and cleanest storages. The surrounding area is also very secure and I wouldn't worry about having to go back and forth to your car for loading and unloading. The front desk staff is very attentive and if you have any questions they are quick to answer. I recommend going to Shayna for any concerns/questions! I recommend coming here and taking advantage of the $1 first month especially if you need to find a storage quickly it comes in clutch !

Not the type to typically leave reviews but with the customer service I was extended I felt compelled to.My wife and I came in looking for a storage unit as were transitioning into a new home and we were greeted by two smiling and helpful employees (Amaya and Sheena). They did a good job explaining the rental process and were efficient in getting us a unit that best met our needs.Facility was very clean and organize which was the main reason we decided to keep our belongings there.Happy to be a customer and will definitely spread the word! Thanks Again!
