We had our belongings here for 4.5 years. Just got it all out and I was a bit apprehensive because of all the horror stories I have heard about storage facilities. I was so happy as I opened boxes, no bugs, no critter issues. Everything was exactly like the day it was packed. Extremely pleased with everything about this facility.

Extra Storage was super reliable and super flexible. Definitely recommend for military members that are deploying. Renting from them was very simple and no BS. I didn’t pay a single hidden fee or anything of that sort. I paid my rent up front so I was completely stress and worry free about my space while I was on deployment. If you are military or just need a place for storage, I 1000% recommend renting from Extra Storage!

It should be referenced that 5pm is your cutoff time to get a unit. Needing 45 minutes to walk someone around for a unit is unprofessional and lazy.

Extra Storage in Chula Vista came in handy when I had a big life situation happen. They are always friendly. They helped me also get another person their own storage unit here. They are clean and the storage units are easy to access. I love that I can come and during their hours of about 9am-5:45pm, seven days a week. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and I appreciate what they do! I never thought I’d need or have a storage but I’m happy to have one here.
