Great place to train. Lots of barbell & racks and also if you are interested in training with kettlebell this gym will be prefect for you. There is a large turf area outside for training outdoor.

This gym is not for those who want to putter around! The owner Alex is amazing and all of the trainers that work there are great. This is hard work, body changing, Extreme Fitness is a lifestyle I highly recommend this gym if you are looking to increase your endurance get your body looking great and just wanna place where all they are doing is serious workouts. I seriously recommend a personal training!

If you are over 40, and even into 50s or 60s, this would be a great gym for you. I'm 51, and had taken a six month hiatus from gym workout, and only did treadmill during that time. Coming back to a structured workout, Alex and his trainers have been phenomenal. You are in a group setting, but the instructors are great at keeping an eye on you and correcting any technique errors you are making. This is key for a guy my age as wrong technique can lead to injury. So that attention, coupled with the structured "functional fitness" workout has been great for me. The exercises make sense, are not complicated, and are focused toward working a particular group of muscles each day. If you make it in 4 times a week, you WILL SEE and WILL FEEL positive results!!!! I love that I can go to any session I want, and only pay one flat fee per month.

Omg I always thought I was in amazing shape until I tried this place. It's an amazing workout that literally leaves you gasping for air. The owner Alex trains a majority of the classes and he really pushes you to do your best but isn't aggressive. You honestly don't need to do cardio after this hour long class because you will literally be out of breath. If you want to build muscle and burn fat doing something challenging run to this amazing gym. On mon, Wed, fri at 5pm they have a child workout class for your kids too while your doing your thing so that's amazing!
