Be aware of this FedEx office the manager there she’s very rude and does not help at all. Both of my FedEx packages that I drop off. There are now held at security at FedEx for three weeks now I went back to this office and didn’t get no help at all, very rude. Couldn’t even give me the right phone number to call FedEx and see what’s going on. Be careful dropping off your package at this office.you get no help at all?

I had never shipped by FedEx account number and had no idea which was the safest way to send my items. Carlos took care of everything and sent me on my way with a tracking number in minutes. This crew is all smiles and no stress, thank you very, very much!

I went to this location the other day to fax a document. I was clueless on what to do & I didn’t even know where to begin! As I was standing in line & waiting for someone to assist me, I was quickly approached by store employee Andrea. She was so friendly & inviting. She explained to me how to send a fax & her instructions on operating the machine was very clear & concise. I am not that great with technology to begin with but with her help, I was able to quickly send off my documents with no issues. Andrea provided excellent customer service & made my visit stress free. Thanks again Andrea for your help!

I have been a loyal customer for years, having lived in the neighboring block. Recently, a new employee named Angelica was hired, and I have found her to be quite rude and unhelpful in her interactions. Her responses are often dismissive and lack the courtesy expected in customer service. I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, but it appears that the concerns of long-standing customers are no longer a priority. This approach of disregarding loyal patrons in favor of new ones is concerning and could negatively impact the business if it continues.

i went hoping someone can help me in person with an issue rather than over the phone. i was told “there’s nothing we can do” and later “there’s NOT MUCH we can do” meaning that they could have helped me, but chose not to.

Love going to this FedEx location. The workers are all incredibly nice and understanding. I really appreciate Tim and Amy for going above and beyond to help me get my print orders done but also for helping me figure out my FedEx account issues. Amazing customer service.
