I asked Joe much would it be to have my low beam lights on my 2013 Kia Optima (labor only) and the quote was a wrapping $300.00. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I paid $20.00 at Walmart.

I have 10 minutes on the phone to make an appointment to get my tires put on, I don't want to imagine the service...I'm scared since the bad reviews of this place are very frequent...the owner of this store will know the bad reviews what their employees give!!

Julio and his team helped me out when I came in 10 minutes before closing time because of a tire pressure light on my vehicle. Without question they pulled the tire off inspected it checked for any damage put it back on and got me out the door before they even closed. Five star service I highly recommend this Firestone

If I could give -5 stars I would. The incompetence and unprofessionalism is appalling here. Please read this and do not go here, this incident happened today. I called and was told to bring in car to patch tire and wait time would be 1 hr. I show up and got told it would be 1 to 2 hr wait, which I didn’t mind at all. 3.5 hours pass by and I decide to walk in and ask if everything was okay. I come to find out they haven’t even started the repair on the tire, I then was told it would be ready in 20 min. Another hr passes and they said it’s not ready yet and I noticed they haven’t even taken off the tire yet lol. 3 technicians and 2 front desk associates and they were all asking each other when it would be ready. Clearly, they didn’t want to perform the service. I left with my car and now I’m at main st getting it patched and the man here said 25 mins lol. I hope the owner knows what’s really going on, take in mind this was for a patch repair, imagine when it’s real engine work lmao. You’d have to leave your car for half a year.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive. It was not very busy but it took a few hours to have my tires rotated and aligned. The tech was thorough and explained his concerns from the inspection. I will come back and see how they do with other needs for my car.

I made a appointment for a oil change on Friday morning. was told when I arrive at 8 am I did not have a appointment and he needed the person name , explain I did not remember the name but was told to much such I came to the 830 Broadway. which I have been there before for service. Julio told me unless I remember who I spoke to that i could not be seen, this went on for about 3 minutes he was very unprofessional. I was the first customer there one person behind me. he ask to check in the other person and see if he could squeeze me in . he then stated oh looks like we have an opening and next time make a appointment which I did I gave the person my number and name. which I believe was there but he was lying . upon leaving when I was told my car was ready. I asked to make sure that the oil changed was reset on my vehicle. which it was not I was told I needed to show them since I know everything, and then was call a liar about making a appointment and spoken to like a child . I ask for his supervisor and was told he did not have one he was the supervisor he was rude I know I was spoken to this way because I am a African American black female and felt discriminated against . this how he treat females and African American I will know longer use this location. he walk out into the parking lot speaking crazy to me when I asked several times to reset the oil button on the vehicle which is a Acura RDX. the pressure in the tire was off also . Julio stated he didn't care if I complained and made a post to yelp so hear you go . rude customer service. learn how to treat customers all the same with respect especially black females. yes and other women came in of different races and was not talk to disrespectful.

I received outstanding customer service from Julio the GM, his professionalism and friendliness is hard to find in the industry. I came in for new tires and alignment and left a very happy customer. Definitely recommend this Firestone and Julio as your service advisor.
