I brought my phone into the store in October to replace my LCD screen ( I fell riding my skateboard) and before I brought it in my flashlight button worked and my light turned on and so did my back camera. I was able to see this because I could still do something’s while my screen was half blacked out. After Victor repaired my screen I noticed that my back camera did not work anymore it would just show a black screen on it, and when I clicked the flashlight button my flashlight would not turn on anymore. When I tried to make calls it said I didn’t have service which I did ( I know because I just paid my bill.)Anyways, I bring it in the next day and Victor goes on to tell me that “look you have no service see, go check with your carrier so they can see.” I let it slide and said whatever okay, but when I mentioned the back camera and flashlight no longer working he tried to tell me every excuse he could instead of just owning up to the fact that he either didn’t calibrate my phone correctly , or that his screens from China just didn’t get recognized by my phones motherboard and that my back camera doesn’t work because I dropped it when I first broke and it wasn’t his fault it was mine. He tried charging me to fix my camera which wasn’t broken at all because it worked before I brought it to him, and now it doesn’t. And for the flashlight part he had no words?. He tried saying all these things repeating the same things over and over and even pulling out his little flashlight to put light on my back camera like if he was some kind of specialist. I just don’t appreciate the fact that I brought my business to him and paid $120 and when I got my phone back with components not working as they used to, he tried telling me that it wasn’t calibrated, and that I broke my back camera, and tried basically blaming me for things not working that did work before I brought my phone to him. So unprofessional. Victor is the manager here and he straight up lied to my face. Don’t come here if you don’t want to be blamed for problems they create on your phone after “repair”. Yeah he got me a new screen, but now my back camera doesn’t work, and my flashlight still won’t turn on. But how did they turn on before I brought my phone to Victor? Lol. He said “haha, no. You broke your camera and your flashlight I would have to charge you to fix this.” He couldn’t own up to the fact that he basically destroyed my internal hardware with his installment of a screen from China. It will even tell you if you go settings > about that “This screen is unrecognizable by hardware and some components may not function correctly.” He tried charging me to re calibrate it and to look at it” so pathetic. Please don’t come here I am extremely disappointed with the service now. They used to be honest back in the days and would own up to their mistakes but now they are just money hungry for any dollar that Victor specially can get out of any gullible customer.

they will tell you your total is x amount but not about the extra charges & "taxes" never coming back. manager is extremely rude and a smartass. no help whatsover. they say they dont accept cards but will tell you they will make an exception and thats why they charge all the extra bs money

I had Frog Wireless when I lived in NC until they moved. There service was great, I ended up going to Sprint and getting ripped off every month. I couldn't wait for that contract to end.

Don't come here you can't even get to the store as their is Mexican carts in front of it. They are not helpful they are more interested in sitting around the TV and rating than making a effort they told me to go to tj for help why are they even open? It's a waste of time and effort

Please don't go here. Very unprofessional and they don't give guarantees. I paid them to fix it my phone only to have the same issue 2 weeks later and when i took it back the second time they just kept it for weeks and did nothing. Also, I ended up picking it up and got it back in worse condition!!!

Terrible cheap place, there was some questions about the payment and part process . The phone was asked to be surrendered without payment or lnvoice, whack. Unprofessional, why give up something if the charge can not be confirmed ? I don't need an extending bill, just an agreement to charge for service for a competitive rate . The man would not quote me insisted there may be additional costs. Does not make sense if the service is specific and as a consumer knows what to pay the man for. My risk for repairing a screen with a third party company so it's my concern . Stupid scammer

Llevo muchos años viniendo aquí a pagar mi bill de simple mobile la verdad que el servicio al cliente siempre es muy excelente no tengo ninguna queja con los trabajadores me han tratado como parte de la familia de frogs wireless yo recomiendo mucho este lugar la verdad vengan a reparar su teléfono

Took my 80 year old friend to Frogs Wirekess because Her phone has not working for a month and she couldn't afford to buy new one. we took it to Frogs wireless for repair, the technicean turned on , tested and told us "phone is working fine". I think the problem was that she "accidentally turn it off and she didn't know how yo turn it on". Technicean didn't want to charge us because no repair needed. I really wanted to pay for his time, and he told us next time....Great customer skills and honest service. We're now their happy customers and strongly recommend this place.

If you want to repair your phone , be advised , this “warranty” he offers you isn’t a warranty at all, what he does is try to convince you what’s wrong with your phone is your own fault , I’ve had 2 defective iPhone X screens and every time he tries to tell me the lines on my screen are because I dropped it or sat on it or pressed on my screen to hard , first time I said screw it I’ll fix it again maybe I did drop it , second time I did NOT drop my phone slam it or “press to hard” , this guy even goes to the extent to grab a flashlight and tries showing you where the LCD is “leaking”, do yourself a favor if you ever get your screen fixed from him and something happens to it and he tries charging youfor another screen ask to KEEP the screen he is replacing, what he does is instead of honoring the warranty he charges you for new screen claiming it was user fault , and then goes off and warranties the screen through the company and gets a new one , so essentially he’s making double the money on just one screen , elementary school tactics at best , By the way I took the screen after replacing my own ($50 total) and took it to another shop where they said it was not “leaking” and just defective , go figure
