GameStop serves as a vibrant hub for gamers, offering a wide selection of new and used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories for major platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo, as well as retro gaming options. The store also features trading cards, including sports and Pokémon, along with various collectibles, action figures, apparel, and board games. Customers can sell or trade in their old items for cash or store credit, and the store is now buying PSA graded collectibles. Despite a new return policy that limits returns to exchanges within 15 days, many customers have praised the helpfulness of the staff. Specific employees have been noted for their exceptional service, making customers feel valued and appreciated. However, some shoppers have expressed frustration with long wait times, especially during busy periods, and the store's smaller size compared to previous locations. Overall, GameStop remains a popular destination in the Broadway area, known for its friendly service and extensive gaming selection.
