Absolutely love coming here with my husband! All of the employees here are so kind and always extremely helpful and hardworking. Store is always clean with very good prices! Geanie (store manager) has diffused many situations with irate customers and has provided me and my family with the most exceptional customer service. This is the goodwill to support!! Amazing amazing people!!!

Edit: after record breaking profits from the pandemic to current day, goodwill continues to blame inflation + minimum wage increase for their inflated prices. It is a result of their corporate greed.Prices are insane. Most of the items are more expensive than retail. Forever 21 shirts at $14+, shein at $10, furniture at $50+, glassware well over $10, etc. I saw one coat that was actually in good condition going for $35. These items were recieved for free. Why on earth would I buy a thrifted item for retail prices? This is supposed to be an affordable, sustainable option to those who can't afford new. Resellers and goodwill corporations need to lay off the capitalist crackpipe.

I had to come right back out of the store and make sure to write my review. While trying to find some vintage props for my daughters quince I decided to come look around. As I was walking around looking at items I see something I am interested in purchasing so I reach to look at it and the employee tells me "no that's not for sale yet because we are not done displaying it". Although it's out on a shelf that is for sale. I just say ok and walk away. But thinking isn't that why you are displaying it, to sell it, yet you are stopping me from purchasing it? One less item to display?! After hearing and seeing 2 more rude acts by employees, I just left without purchasing. The employees here are very rude. I also flipped over an item that had an original price tag of $8.00 and the goodwill was selling it for $7.99. What's the point at least take the original tag off!!

Literally the worst Goodwill I've ever been. I saw a cup in here for $7.99. A CUP. Regular bags, or maybe a used pair of Lacoste shoes, will cost you $39.99. A CD player? $49. This place is the absolute worst. And remember, they got all this for FREE. Completely trashy, and a ripoff to people who are looking for something affordable. 0 stars.

I am very disgusted with the prices. I remember as a young gal, my grandmother would take me to Goodwill and were able to get everything we wanted for less that $10. I do not know who is pricing the used, donated items but it is absolutely ridiculous how much more $$$ they are asking. Something really needs to be done about this because everything is donated from people like myself and it is not ok to mark up items as high as they do. I will NEVER donate to his Goodwill ever again! I am going to contact corporate about this issue as well. This used red blazer was marked at $59.99. I am utterly disgusted. Just look at the prices of these other items...

The service here is awful, ruined my whole day. Extremely rude, I asked to get a dressing room. I had already tried on a couple of things, and found a couple things that i liked and kept with me plus a pair of boots that i wanted to try on with the outfits I was looking at. She asks how many items i was trying on, Mind you there was 4 dressing rooms, and all were empty. I said 4, but these two things I already tried on and like so i'm not counting those. She goes "that is not four items" and snatches them out of my hand, and starts loudly counting each one. It was only 6, still under their limit anyway. She goes on to say "no shoes allowed in the dressing room" now I have been alot of goodwills and never heard this rule, so I said "the lady before let me bring the shoes in like 10 minutes ago" and she goes "I dont know what lady you're talking about but thats the rule." She just had the most awful rude look on her face. Just so judgemental. So I just said "thanks for all your help" dropped my clothes on the table and left. But I guess it worked out because everything was terribly over priced , I mean $25 for a pair of worn out old boots! And beware the store is mostly Shein and Wild Fable, marked up more than the original cost probably.

9:38am and doors are closed despite posting that they open at 9:00For some reason Yelp wants me to add more words to this review. It's quite simple.... I went to visit during store hours. Store was closed during store hours. This is frustrating at the least. Enough said.
