Horrible hair cut! My son went to get a haircut for picture day and he came back with bald patches and a completely uneven cut. He said it was an older blonde woman. I don't think she had any experience. The good reviews are misleading.

Karina, the hairstylist, was fantastic! She listened to my concerns and how I wanted my haircut done. It turned out great considering how long it's been since I've had my hair cut in a salon. Jeanette (?) was also very engaging. I love that about her.

We showed the hair style and the stylist messed it up so bad that sides of my son’s head looked almost bald. She kept the top so long and ruins the haircut. The right side of the hair is longer than the left side. It is not just what we didn’t want it is uneven. As If I gave an elementary school kid to cut, not a professional. Horrible hair cut and my son’s graduation is tomorrow. I will make sure to get my money back.
We will be sure not to go to this location. What’s more infuriating is that she kept trying to convince us the cut was good even though it was awful. Do not go here unless you want to ruin your hair.

Had a great experience today. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted and she delivered! Every step of the way she would show me her progress which I appreciated and would ask for my feedback to ensure I was satisfied. I will be back in the future! The wait time was minimal, and the salon was clean. I usually go to Ulta to get my haircut, and they never deliver! Great prices as well!!!!

I've been getting my cuts here for a while now and more than not the place always delivers. I got one today and this may have been the best I have gotten at this location. If you're going to get a cut here make sure to ask for and thank Stylist Crystal! Amazing personality and a great vibe she really takes into account how you want your cut to be done and has a vision for it.

No fuss haircut, in and out! Coco was great, she was by herself and handling the wait line well. She gave me a recommendation based on my damaged ends, she was very nice and professional. Easy check-in process and didn't take long even with only her there. My husband and son also come to this location and everything is always great. Reasonable pricing as well.
