Sold me the wrong gasket material guaranteed it would fit had my window out of my Coach taken apart And discovered these people sold me the wrong part . Would not take back and sold me some old gasket tape where the adhesive backing took off some of the rubber . Then was talking that I was not Mexican really take this Deserved rating you really screwed me .

BUYER BEWARE- do not do business with this company. They take no responsibility for the awful job their installation crews do. I have had the all the downstairs windows replaced by this company, over the course of several months, and each visit they got worse. Last visit they took over 4 hours installing two windows. They spent half the time outside on their phones scrolling and doing nothing (Did the same thing on the previous install too.).Then the rest of it was spent trying to get the cut right on a single window- over and over and over again. Ended up hammering the window into place for an hour. I can't even imagine what kind of damage they have done to the exterior side of the window, but on the inside the edges are damaged, the insert is buckling, and the arch trim was not even installed because it was so damaged. Now they won't even respond to tell me how they are going to address the damage. . And did not follow Covid guidelines - bare hands all over doors, rails, walls, everywhere, masks slipping all the time. I was going to give them the replacement work for the 4 bedrooms upstairs but definitely not doing that. What a joke.

Ordered a shower door from them recently. Between wrong measurements, wrong cut, missing hardware, leaks, uneven panel...name it! It took them SIX trips to install our shower door and in the end, they still did not deliver! They also drilled through my brand new shower stall walls more than once to adjust the door hinges. They do not take accountability and kept giving excuses after excuses. They do not return your phone calls as well! VERY awful, stressful and frustrating experience altogether!!! NOT recommended at all!
