We have been calling and emailing countless occasions with no luck.We have called 2 numbers we received from a tenant with no luck. We live out of area our issue is time sensitive.I have also been blocked via phone! I need to get ahold of sight manager to pay the rent.

I have been at harvest ridge apartments for over 8 years and by far Hector Murrieta has been the greatest manager thus far he listens to everyoneand that really matters for seniors.

I've lived at Harvest Ridge for several years and find it an excellent place to live. i have great neighbors and everyone seems to get along well. The Apartment Manager Hector Murrieta is AMAZING!both Hector M. and Regional Manager Paige Georgelos team together to make Harvest Ridge what it is.the apartment is well maintained and has several amenities, including a theatre room, craft room, Gym and two community rooms for events.Harvest Ridge has an added advantage that it's close to public transportation, restaurants, a beautiful park and two convenient stores. living here has been a very positive experience i highly recommend to anyone seeking for a senior community.There is nowhere else i would rather live.

I moved here three month ago. The apartment is very nice and the location is perfect for seniors. Neighbors are great. Manager Hector Murrieta is great and willing to do anything to attend to your needs. I would recommend this property to anyone.

I have called several times during the last two months. I've been living messages about the availability on 1 bedroom apartment, and scheduling a tour, no-one has returned my calls. I just keep reciving e-mail when I tried to schedule a tour. I'd like to receive information on the availability please. Thank you

My rent has increased $442 a month in the six years I've been here. Last year there was a $96.00 a month increase and this year there is a $67.00 a month increase. Beginning October 1 this year my monthly rent will be $112 over half of my monthly income. I think I read somewhere that there is a 4% cap on rent increases in San Diego County. If that is true, and I do repeat IF that is true, then this increase in rent is $16.52 over the 4% cap. I needed only $10.61 over my retirement income to make the first rent payment. Now I need $452.61 to make the rent payment on October 1st coming up

I've been living at Harvest Ridge for more than 5 years now. When arriving home after work, someone was parked in my assigned parking space. So I took the next available space. On July 27, 2021, my vehicle was towed because I parked in the next available parking spot which was assigned to another tenant. When I went to the office, the office manager Elizabeth, was very curt and mentioned a blue card giving tenants the authority to tow. This was the first I've heard of this blue card and that I had the authority to have someone's vehicle towed from my assigned parking space. Not knowing prior we had authority to have someone towed, I believed it to be only management who could authorize this. Because of this, I missed a half day of work, not to mention, and I will, my friend missed a half say of work as well to come get me to take me to get my vehicle, which cost almost $300 for the tow company to release. As a tenant who asked for nothing, and pays my rent on time, I feel I am entitled to a reimbursement.

Horrible management. The manager looks like yzma from emperors new groove. She is very unwelcoming, bitter, go else where with your seniors they don't take care of them properly.

Since I will be out of town when rent is due December 1st, I wrote up my rent check and brought it to the office. The assistant manager said they cannot keep it because it would be a liability???? Just one more thing to add to the reasons why I cannot recommend this apartment complex.

When I moved into my apartment everything was very clean. Flooring had been replaced. The staff has been friendly and helpful. The other residents I have met are very nice. I love that there are restaurants and shops in the same building. Very convenient.

The management of this facility has been outstanding and our family is very much satisfied with the living arrangements and help whenever it's needed, whether it's a repair or a question answered!! We would definitely recommend this senior living complex.
