“I have had great experience with Mediexcel, I tore my achiles an it was a few WEEKS with the general doctors to finallyt get me to see the specialist, but once I got lucky with the general doctor he walked himself up to the fifth floor and set everything up, within 45 minutes of arriving to my walkin visit, I had a surgery on the schedule! I was in shock how fast everyone worked to get me in at that moment, but it was frustrating how long it took to get to that moment. I have a plan where the physical therapy for my ankle cost more that an outpatient, which makes NO SENSE! What is the point of that? The physical therapist where all great, the specialist that took care of my surgery was AMAZING!! I recently received an email that states only four medical passes will be issues per policy holder. Which I don't approve of, since part of the reason why traveling to Mex to see the doctor, is the easiness of the border crossing. If I have to make the three hour wait, might go to a different "TRUSTED" general doctor with no MediExcel affiliation.”
