I’ve shopping here for years and have spent probably thousands of dollars. When I tried to return defective products, I was told I couldn’t because they’d been worn and washed. THAT’S WHY THEY WERE FALLING APART AFTER ONLY A COUPLE OF USES!
Apparently, quality AND customer service have both declined in recent years.

I went to make a return for something that I bought online , I had a receipt and they wanted to give me a gift card with the sale price, it was less than half of what I paid.
I returned the dress directly online and got the full amount!
The sales clerk acted like he was the store owner!!!

I visited the store and received disappointed customer service. Angela the staff manager and the front cashier were rude and unprofessional. They need more training at customer service end. I won’t be visiting this store again!

H&M is H&M affordable nice looking but cheaply made clothes. Not all of there clothes some are nice and some are just very Walmart looking

Blown away by the entitlement of the sales persons. I guess the employees believe that all they need to do is 'show up' and get paid, they have an air that they cannot be bothered to help a patron. I had one dress to try on. The woman attending the dressing room on Tuesday, January 24th at around 5PM handed me a number and demanded, "Bring that back to me on the hanger, please" --- Ok, she did say 'please', but seriously??? I can stick to Amazon, get it at home and not even have to throw it in the box when I return it. WHY in the world should I go into a retail store? I get that she doesn't like her job, and I am sorry that she can no longer 'work-from-home', but this is precisely why AI is developing bots to replace these people -- case-in-point: the McDonald's in Texas with no human workers.Not only did she ask me to bring the dress back to her on a hanger, she also pounded on the door to tell me "Hang that number I gave you on the door knob!" -- So I got scolded and yet as I hadn't been into an H&M in a very long time, I had no idea I was "REQUIRED" to hang the number on the door.Honestly, the whole scenario put me off. People who continue to perform this way in the workplace only perpetuate and speed up the process of bot-replacement, which means unemployment sores.I will stick to ordering online and sending it back before I set foot in this H&M again. At least Amazon offers true customer service, something that existed pre-COVID.

Terrible experience. I got shirt this morning from that store. After 3 hours I came back for change the size. There was a woman like tazmanian devil. Tall, black hair and black long eyelashes and so ugly. She can’t do anything to be beatiful. I have never seen like that ugly woman. Anyway she said. You can’t change your shirt. Terrible communication with costumer. Never come back there.
