Went into the store today bought a few items although the cashiers was very friendly he forgot to take off the security sensor on my wife's sweater and the alarm didn't even go off when we exited to go back to take it off.. We got home and found out it still on we were so bummed out.. I called to the store and spoke with Esteban the manager and told him that it was left on.. Esteban did applogize and I told him I felt really bummed and I don't live close by and if there was going to do something for us for the inconvenience.. He said there is nothing that they can do and they don't have to do anything basically saying what comes to mind.. Unfortunately in these times where we go to a business take time out of our day to shop where people are employed to be payed through our pockets to come out on the short end of the stick.. Think about it better to be safe then sorry and shop online and not have this problems.. Malls will come to an end because of small things like this.. Esteban could've said something like sure in your next purchase I can give you 20 percent off or even 10 percent.. Believe me he can but chose not to.. I wasn't rude with him I spoke very politely.. Managers need to learn how to manage it's not just a title.. Pay attention managers.. Hope this is read by someone that cares and not just ignores this to.. Do better

I had a great experience at this Jollsiter. An associate named Joshua B. helped guide me to the clothing I wanted, and had an overall great attitude with me and my friends.

I started shopping at Hollister because I now have a tween. First two times I went in during the year was a really great experience, including a refund transaction. A young lady was able to direct me with sizing even though my daughter was not with me. However, I received zero to very little attempt at customer service the last two times I went in. It was quiet, but neither female and male acknowledged me and had no emotion when I approached them. No assistance when I used the fitting room and had to look for them on the floor. I tried to make small talk with the girl when I was paying but she scoffed at my comment and did not even look up.

one girl was very rude who worked here. constantly kept standing in-front of me as i was walking around to shop. and had the biggest attitude.

To be honest I’m not usually the one to write reviews but I didn’t have the best experience this time. I came in and the cashier did not greet me, she totally ignored me and did not help at all. She kept talking to her coworker and I was standing there completely ignored in the register, even though the store was completely empty and not busy. She had a really bad attitude.

Totally terrible service, I attended to myself, I asked two things and I think the young woman was not in a good mood, I left all the jeans in their place - obviously organized - but I didn't buy. Appalling

I went to look around there was around 3 people shopping. I asked the girl if the shirts were regular price because I saw a sign next to them that said 40% off. When I asked she gave such a stank a** look. Just left didn't even feel like purchasing anything.

It's the worst location ever, brought a shirt the other day and when I got home I found out that the alarm tags wasn't removed, therefore I had go back to the store to let them remove it from the shirt, but the girl in the store checked on the receipt and thinks the shirt was not on the recipet even though I have the receipt inside the bag, they could not check carefully to say sorry that was not removed in the first place, instead they think it's stolen. It's soo funny, if I'd stole the shirt why should I brought it back to them???? I am soo mad. Will not be going to the store again!!!!

Worst Hollister experience ever don't go in this store the chubby Manager is rude & will discriminate you if you don't look dressed up she made all the employees follow me if the store couldn't shop comfortable so I left and while I was walking to my car the ugly rude manager chase me outside and attack me and my personal items assuming I stole and and I had to tug for my sweater back and showed it that it wasn't from Hollister instead of her apologies she says oh I know we're you work with attitude and I asked if she says me stole and she said no and I was very upset and I figured she was just discriminated after I yelled at her telling how unprofessional she is she was quiet the whole time and then say sorry but with attitude nothing sincere will not be coming back here ! She needs to be terminated

I went there a couple of months ago and I really liked it!The store had a lot of discounts and it was full of people. I liked that the employees were cool with us and very helpful, regardless of how crowded it was. I like the materials of their clothes and also the prices were accesible, not to expensive. I used to dislike this brand, but after some time, I devided to give it a chance and I'm happy with it. Do I like it? Yes. Would I come back? Yes. Do I recommend it? Yes.
