Today I stopped by one of my favorite furniture stores in Chula Vista CA . I was very impressed with Dining room sets which is what I was looking for. I found this gorgeous dining table. If You're Looking For good quality furniture this is the place to shop. Ask for Alonso Ricardo. He's the best!(

In addition to quality furniture pieces they offer a selection of online mattress brands such as Dreamcloud and Nectar for you to see and try before purchasing. And with their distribution center close by picking up your item's is fast and convenient. The staff at the showroom and distribution center were friendly and helpful. And they're military friendly!

I’m going to have to give this place a 1 star. I found them on offer up, contacted the seller and they took forever to respond. When I finally was able to schedule an appointment to see the vanities they had sent me the wrong address. We did a couple of turns around Broadway and were able to locate the place, when I got there it was busy. They had two customers already there. I walked in and told the guy there that I had an appointment and he told me to wait. I literally waited in my car for like 30 min and my boyfriend and my baby started getting frustrated so I went in. I saw a lady in the back who was helping another customer with a credit application and told her I was interested in a gray vanity. She looked at me and told me it was sold. I respond to her (“yes, it’s sold to me. I am the person that had the appointment to buy this vanity) then she said oh yes, I’ll be with you shortly. I went to my car for another 40 minutes and still nothing. My boyfriend started to get really upset because we were going on 2 hour wait and our baby was crying in the car. The lady was taking her sweet time running the other customer’s credit check, even though she knew I had a prior appointment and cash in hand, I finally got down again went up to the lady and told her I was in a rush and I needed to know if she was going to sell me the vanity or not. She apologized but at this point I was really upset. I received 0 customer service or professionalism from her or the guy. I DON’T recommend. The only reason why I waited was because of the positive reviews and how pretty the vanities looked but I totally regret doing so, not worth my time or money. The other thing that I noticed was that I over heard the lady offering lightbulbs to the customer with the credit application but didn’t even have the courtesy to offer me any for the wait. Ugh bad bad bad experience, left a sour taste in my mouth. As far as the vanity itself, the material is not too great. The paint looks cheap as if they used spray paint on it. If you are looking for quality and good customer service, go elsewhere, not here. Not planning to go back ever again!

Not a very friendly place . Only if they want to sell you something but after purchase they are so unfriendly! I bought a pink set of sofas for 1,600 . They were damage . I called to tell them and the lady said that that was the type of material of the sofa that's why it looks damaged. I said not they are damage and send her pics . I told them I need it to exchange them . She said I'll send someone in Tuesday's . I called Thursday . She said their getting a shipment on Saturday. I don't know why I did not believed her ... so I told get I don't want the ones that are on your floor in the store I need new ones . She says they were going to be new ones . On Tuesday after work I went to the store and the sofa they had on the floor in there store was gone .... So she basically did what I asked her NOT to do. She got that soda that was on the floor and send it to me . So I told a guy there that I didn't want that sofa and told him what she did . That I wanted my money back or a new sofa . He basically didn't care . But he did send me a new sofa which it had a scratch in the back but I kept it . They have beautiful furniture but it's all damage and they sell it for a lot of money . Beware you will get damage furniture. I do not recommend this place . Also their ALWAYS on their phone . They don't greet you when you come in because their either talking on the phone or using their phone . They need more costumer experience!!

Beware !!! Bunch of crooks !!! I went to look and price out some bunkbeds and a sleeper sofa, I just wanted to get a price for both. But got convinced into getting and they would hold them till I moved. Which was almost 2 months before I was to move. NEVER did they mention all sales were final or there would be a restocking fee of 25% ...I had to cancel after 3 weeks due to unforseen circumstances.. Those sons of a b**** charged me 500.00 for restocking furniture I NEVER GOT. They highlighted everything except the clause in there contract where it said that. Pieces of s*** ripping off people!!!!!!! NEVER WILL I OR ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY WILL DO BUSINESS THERE !!!

Very friendly and charismatic!!! Albert was very attentive and aware of my needs and financial status. I was walked All the way through my purchase and also was educated on financing a portion of my bill through ÁCIMA This helped a lot Since we all know it is hard times due to Covid. I was treated like family which is very important. Thank you very much Albert for what you do!

My wife and I visited the Mira Mesa location and purchased a $2k sectional with a wedge on a wednesday. When it was delivered that friday each piece had a defect. The driver who delivered the items took photos and said he would be back the next day, Saturday, to replace them. I waited the next day with no call or info on when they would arrive. I called customer service about my replacements and an Alfredo stated that their drivers were 3rd party and not able to make decisions like that. He also stated that the driver said there were no damages on the couches, implying I was lying. He was rude and disrespectful to both me and my wife over the phone. We then called each store to get a hold of the manager Mike, who then said he would try and have someone replace my couches Monday since it was too late Saturday. Monday rolls around and customer service rep Fernando states that he will set up to have my couches repaired. I said thats not what mike said. Mike then calls me to tell me that he said they would attempt to fix first then replace if needed. I agreed. They send a tech later that day just to tell me they cannot fix them and they would have to be replaced. And the wedge isnt in stock so they would have to take it and fix the item in house. I agreed once again. However they would have to come thursday to replace the damaged couches and take the wedge. When they arrive the driver asked to see the damages, though they had been checked 2xs previously. The driver then went on to pull the new set out for me to inspect. They looked fine but he wanted me to keep the used cushions and pillows. My wife brought out a pillow and to our surprise it was a completely different shade. We asked for a refund several times before. And this time we spoke with Ricky Ibarra, who stated he was a manager, but was really the owner. They took the couches, refunded and left us with an empty living room. Several days later my wife and I ended up purchasing a better set for 2/3 the cost at DDs Furniture in Lemon Grove with amazing customer service. I would not recommend this company for the lack of customer care after purchasing. They have a terrible replacement/return policy and wouldnt budge until we threatened to have our lawyers involved. A week of headaches and time missed waiting around to meet with movers and talking on the phone.

So sad to see the store is going out of business. Wish I could do more for them. My whole house is filled with their furniture and it’s lasted me years! Would definitely recommend going there for all your house needs.

Obsessed with the quality pictures and price. This is my new go-to place for unique pictures... Alonso was very very helpful and knowledgeable... Highly recommend this place...
