I had a return. On the receipt, it clearly states if over 30 days, “we will happily issue store credit.” The woman at the counter flat out refused. Why would you ever shop here? No thanks!

My favorite store to buy clothes or other cute & cool stuff. There's lots of good deals through the app, and there's in store pickup for most items! Great for when you don't have enough time to browse the shop in person, but it's better if you can; they do have a fitting room available!
