I paid $320 to do my taxes here for 2021. The IRS changed my refund to $0 and I asked for help from H&R Block and the best they could do, is refer ME back to the IRS hotline and have ME do all the legwork and determine why my refund amount changed. Never again! I would give them Zero stars, I could!

The guy that did my taxes didn't know what he was doing he wasn't professional. I been 5 years filing my taxes with H@R Block anywhere in USA this place we're I had a problem..All of that this guy's is not professional at all...
