I came in for a simple gel removal and requested a basic manicure. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing and damaging to my natural nails. The nail tech used only a drill to remove the gel—no soaking or proper removal method—which severely weakened my nails. They became so brittle they had to be cut down very short, and now the nail beds are bumpy and extremely sensitive to the touch.
When I raised my concern, the nail tech insisted that the product on my nails had to be completely drilled off. To be sure, I called the original tech who did my nails previously, and she confirmed it was only gel with two base coats—nothing that required such aggressive removal. Once I told the current tech what I’d learned, she gave a quick “oh sorry” and asked what I wanted to do. I told her she’d need to at least finish the manicure and cut my nails to prevent further damage.
Shockingly, there was no real apology or concern for the harm done. She simply walked away, and another tech came over to finish the service. I was still charged in full, even though my nails were left damaged and I received no accountability or proper care. I will not be returning and would caution anyone who values the health of their natural nails.

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon.
The service was super rushed, and the staff was rude from the start. The nail technician didn’t cut my cuticles or did a mani, and the whole process felt unprofessional. I chose a clear color, so I understand that it wasn’t their fault—but there was no design, no extra effort, nothing special at all. Yet, they charged me $69 for this! I honestly don’t understand how a plain color with minimal work could cost that much. The total service lasted about 30 mins...
On top of that, when I paid with my credit card, I wasn’t even given the option to leave a tip. The nail technician then said something in her language in a rude tone—I have no idea what it meant, but it didn’t sound good. That was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
After reading other reviews, I see that I’m not the only one being overcharged. Some people mentioned paying $100 for a simple color that chipped right away. Prices like this are ridiculous and feel like an abuse of customers. A salon should charge fairly for the work they actually do and treat clients with respect.
I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Happy I came here! My nail tech was very nice. I showed her what I wanted and got exactly that! I love that she used different techniques to try and get the right shading and blending for the base of my nail. I didn’t get her name but she was amazing! I’m definitely will be coming back here!

Tee did my beautiful nails and she was so patient In removing my the previous acrylic set another nail tec did and messed up on. She took her time and focused on the little details and my nails are perfect and they've lasted so long!

I've been coming here for months to do gel mani/pedi. They were recently robbed twice, so please don't judge them on how it looks from the street. They do a good job, and they're fast.
When I walk in, it's always a different person who helps me, but this time, she had a name tag. Her name is Tee. I think she did a good job!
Updated review to add that with the new ATM, they are now charging 2 additional fees on top of your withdrawal, so watch your banking statement.

I requested an appointment with Tee after reading the reviews on Yelp and I am happy I did. She did such an awesome job! She asked me if I was ok with the shape etc. to make sure I was satisfied. I will be coming back to get my nails done with her for sure.

Great experience again with KC and Thanh! KC did my pedicure and she was nothing short of being caring and she also did an awesome job with my foot and leg massage! Thank you KC! I also needed a gel fill but Thanh noticed that my nails were lifting so she started all over and instead convinced me to paint my nails "magic white chrome". I loved it! My nails look beautiful and fresh! I love that chrome color, too! Thanks Thanh!

If you want five star service, this is the place to go!!! Quyen is the best around and I highly recommend her for the best mani-pedis in town!!!
