Thank you Veronica Tamayo for your help on filing my 2021 taxes! I've done my taxes on my own in the past which caused me to have stressful & unpleasant tax preparation experiences. But, this year I decided to trust another person to do my taxes & looked for help & ended up at Jackson Hewitt where I met Veronica. She was a huge help & made my experience stress free & a lot more pleasant compared to my past experiences. She was even able to squeeze me in for an appointment on the same day I walked in(not knowing I needed to schedule an appointment in advance) & got me a discount on my tax preparation fees. Thank God for that! Veronica prepared my taxes within an hour thirty minutes which was really fast for me. I stiiiiiill would have been doing my taxes. I appreciated how thorough, honest, thoughtful, & upfront she was with me. I could go on & on. All while having a positive & pleasant demeanor. I knew I was in good hands. Thank you so much Veronica. I truly appropriated you. I will definitely recommend you.
