worst customer service ever. bought sofa and loveseat in december ten days later the sofa was making a squeaking noise. they sent service tech three times. finally four months i got a replaced floor model. will never do business with them again!!!!!

My 89 yo mom bought the wrong adjustable base, it was way too high for her. She was unable to return the bed and unable to use it. Jerome's was not helpful at all. I won't shop here again.

Purchased 5 year warranty, back of cushion fabric began ripping and zipper completely broke causing the fabric to push forward whenever sat on then exposed cushion. Upon contacting to make a claim was informed broken zipper and ripped fabric was considered normal wear and tear after 4 years. We've never touched the zipper. Poor quality, terrible customer service. Warranty was not worth the purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JEROMES! Costco has much better options and warranties. The patronizing comment below is exactly what I'm talking about. If you can do anything??? How about actually remedying the issue vs making excuses for the poorly manufactured product Jerome's sold me. Is this the standard Jerome's has now?? Wow

Went to go look at mattresses Jan. 7th because of their tv ads. Walked in and was taken to the 6 thousand dollar mattresses, when I asked about the tv ads the salesman told my wife and i that the only mattresses with a discount weren't on the showroom floor. That they were in the backroom somewhere. Full pot of lies. What garbage of customer service. There is a reason for the 2 stars. Don't bother coming here. I was going for a 1500 dollar mattress but ended up making my purchase somewhere else. Good luck.

It's not often that one can describe shopping for furniture as a "Great Experience", but this was the case for when we shopped the Jerome's in Chula Vista, and were helped by Melissa. Absolutely no high pressure, but rather a number of questions for US. She wanted to understand what our specific needs were so to guide us through the showroom floor(s)! This approach helped narrow the scope of pieces that we ultimately made our decision to purchase. Melissa continued to see her job through the items arriving at our house, then followed through to make certain things were as we had desired. Thanks, Jerome's and thank you Melissa!

Sales was great, selection was awesome!If you are financing be sure you understand the terms. The finance person was impatient with our questions and short with us. She was the ONLY negative part of our experience.

Fernando greeted us as we walked in and directed us to where we wanted to go. He let us browse and gave us space. He checked in on us and went over the prices for what we were looking at. Told us about the product and what it all included. It was a pleasure working with him today and we are excited to receive our purchase so soon.

Very helpful and very friendly. The staff had so much patience as my wife and I came in 1.5 hours before closing. We knew what we wanted but they were still willing to work with us and also let us know a out a discount. The selection this store has to offer is endless and it's amazing how much furniture they have to choose from. Thank you for y'all service and will definitely recommend and come back.

Nick was so transparent, and very helpful, he allowed me and my boyfriend to browse around with no pressure & was actively listening to our concerns. When we had questions, he had the answer, he is very knowledgeable. He provided us with great financial options, and was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect couch for my family. The Gentleman that was helping us asked how he could help us. We let him know what our needs were. So he immediately pointed us in the right direction. He let us have our space. He was never pushy and when we decided he answered all our questions. Paperwork was done and my wife, daughter and myself left Jerome’s happy?

We went in on September 5th around 6 pm in search for a matress and bed frame. Everything was well Jesse showed us matress without discussing the price first. The matress was amazing, he spend a great amount of time explaining life scenarios in why we needed to buy the matress. It finally time to finalize the sale and he come up with a 10k estimated price. Way off from our budget , we explained to him our budget and asked him if he had anymore matress that would fit our budget. Well he didn't show us any, he said we needed to buy thay matress now and proceeded to say " Well I didn't just spend 2 hours on you guys not to sell anything, buy just the bed frame". I just since we got approved for a great amount he wanted to forcefully sell us that amount on our credit card. Anyways, we decided to tell him we needed to talk before make a big purchase. but he would keep insisting till the point we felt harassed. My partner was getting extremely upset for him not being able to respect our decision. I feel like if you are a sales person you have to adjust to their budget and not harras them in order to make a sell. Anyways, We ran out of there. Horrible experience with JESSE, you can watch the surveillance on how me , my daughter and husband were harrased. Hope something gets done, not visiting this location again.

I have been a loyal customer for the past 35 years. Just recently our bed remote died and I called Jerome’s since we bought a 10 year Extended warranty on the bed. We’ve had the bed for six (6) years so we still had four (4) years left. To make a long story short after long and exhausting conversations with the Store Assistant Manager and Manager Tim Fuchs we had to pay $399.00. Mr. Fuchs attitude towards me to say the least was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I am dissatisfied and disappointed! My business and business referrals to Jerome’s has ended. As per Mr. Fuchs, I won’t be missed??

Ali and Isabella great service fast and easy. Quick and out the door just the way I like it. I know what I want and they don't waste my time. In and out within an hour. Including financing and instant credit. Will be back to purchase other items.
