The customer service here is HORRIBLE!!!! The staff are dismissive and rude. We asked for sauce for our tenders and the girl at the register just walked away. Then I asked for tea from the other machine as the one in the lobby had run out and she went to another employee and was speaking Spanish to her (assumed I didn’t speak Spanish) then they both looked at us and the other employee rolled her eyes. We were given room temp, limp fries and definitely not fresh tenders. Then I was asking for honey and was completely ignored and the employee I asked, was only speaking to the customers behind me.

There's nothing like good old KFC! The chicken was perfectly cooked, the biscuits were warm and flaky, and the slaw was just like it should taste. I ordered online and they didn't have the option to select half crispy and half original so I called the store and they were able to accommodate the order andTook my name down to make sure they matched the online order on their system. They didn't mess that up, which many restaurants typically do, so I was very pleased they went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct.

Don't waste your time or money at this location, the last 2 times I went here, it's the same type of quality. The employees that work here simply don't care about cooking the food right. A testament to poor management I assume. $30 down the drain on this location. It's like the toilet of all KFC's in Chula Vista. Total disappointment, SMH... 3 strikes and you're out...Check the pic- Over cooked, twice cooked, then dipped in the same cold oil they fry it in. SMH... don't waste your time or money going to this crap show location. Employees are piss poor representatives of KFC. They don't care about anything except collecting a check.Attn Manager(s)/Owner: This was an order on 11/30/23 @ 8pm. Check your crew.

KFC in general used to do grilled chicken but since they stopped making it I really stopped going to KFC.The location here is easy to access. The parking is limited and if you park close to the entry door you might be boxed in due to drive thru traffic. Staff changes every couple of months, mainly young community college or high school students.The food taste is ok but definitely the KFC quality has gone down in this particular location.

I enjoy KFC chicken pot pie. They are a good size and taste really good. It comes with a drink which is a bonus. I got my food to go by way of the drive through.

MY RATING IS ZERO. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WORKERS AT THIS KFC STORE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE AND CORPORATE ACCOUNTABILITY. Staff have NO PEOPLE-SKILLS. This store's staff REFUSED TO HONOR ALL ONLINE SPECIALS (8-piece meal bucket special for 19.99. The KFC app is DEFECTIVE TOO. APP IS RIGGED TO NOT CHECKOUT APP FOOD SPECIALS. This store's staff did EVERYTHING to make sure I paid full price. The store manager is DISGRACE, Estestezza or something like that. She pretended she didn't understand online specials and OUTRIGHT LIED TO ME AND SAID THOSE FOOD SPECIALS ARE OLD AND NOT CURRENT. This store's staff started talking in Spanish to use as a weapon against me to talk over my head, plotting and scheming against me in Spanish. ALSO THE STAFF ONLY PACKED 7 PIECES OF CHICKEN AND PACKED A DEFORMED PIECE OF CHICKEN AT VERY BOTTOM TO HIDE IT. SO THIS KFC REALLY SHORTED ME 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN. MOST JARRING IS: I REPORTED THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO KFC CUSTOMER CARE AND CORPORATE'S NONRESPONSE/TOTAL DISREGARD OF KFC'S STAFF'S ATROCIOUS BEHAVIOR/CUSTOMER DISSERVICE. KFC, I WANT MY $25.55 IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED AND AND FRESHLY-COOKED BUCKET OF (2, OF 8-PIECE MEALS. I GET TO CHOOSE CHICKEN PIECES TO ATONE FOR SUCH DESPICABLE STAFF BEHAVIOR AND FOR THEM AND YOUR APP SCREWING ME OVER. FREE DELIVERY ON KFC. This KFC really needs to up their game! Very disappointed in the $20 fill up box I got tonight. Everything was either lukewarm or cold. Nothing seemed fresh. I live about 5 minutes from this store so it wasn't like I had far to go. The girl who took my order didn't listen to anything I ask for. Out of the 4 sauces that come with the meal, I only got 1 that I asked for. Won't be getting this again!

I think this KFC can do some improvements. It's fast food, sometimes you get what you pay for. Though fast food isn't cheap in price anymore and almost same as regular restaurants but the quality isn't competitive anymore. Got a family meal for diner and went through the drive thru. I should remind myself this isn't a good idea anymore as my last few drive thru runs have been disappointing. My extra crispy chicken was soggy that's all. I expect extra crispy to be extra crispy but received the opposite and didn't see it until we got home and didn't feel like driving the 10 minutes backThe rest was regular KFC quality/flavors as usual. Haven’t been here is a long time. I got two two-piece fried chicken meals. With coleslaw and mash potatoes. Delish! The young lady at the front counter was hospitable, helpful and patient!
