Time wasted, they had told us there was no waitlist before making the appointment. Upon arrival, they told us that there was a waitlist.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about La Petite Academy and every single person who works there. They all treated my son as if he was family and I could always drop him off knowing that he was in great hands. Tara Reese, the director, went out of her way to ensure that his needs were being met, and I truly appreciate how responsive, friendly, organized, and accommodating she was from the very beginning. We miss our La Petite Academy family immensely and are incredibly grateful for all that they did to ensure that my son had a fun, safe, and educational experience in daycare. Thank you Tara, Miss Anna, and everyone else at La Petite, we appreciate you and all that you do!❤️

The director Tara and her staff took great care of our young child and always promptly notified us I if an accident occurred. Anna took especially great care of our son. Having cameras and taking pictures of our child playing and learning helped us enjoy our time there as well

My daughter started her first time daycare when she was 2 years and 8 months. Now it's couple months since that time and my little one and we as a parents satisfied with this daycare, the director Tara is very nice person and was very kind when I had some concerns, she was open to resolve things. Each teacher we had met there very nice and friendly to every kid, tge current teacher of the class is Miss Joanne , very kind person with kids. As we have chance for live stream at any time I saw couple times randomly she offers hug to every kid and it seems so sweet. I also want to mention the open space area for potty trained kids it's not so loud as I was expecting based on the tours in neighbouring daycares. My personal thank you to Tara, Angelica, Joanna and all team.

Knowing your children are safe and getting hugs when you're not around is a good feeling. I appreciate every single teacher & leaders that works here. Tara leads with poise, kindness and always the most " the kids come first" attitude. I truly was beyond hesitant to enroll my children cause they were never ever been in daycare or watched by anyone but mom and dad. But after a few weeks and seeing the love they have shown my children & and guidance , I'm beyond grateful.

Love La Petite of Chula Vista. My daughter started going there at 3 years old. The teachers have been all amazing as she moved through the classes. She learned a lot and her social skills improved. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for a place for their Littles as they have to work.

I took the time off from my job to tour the school and the lady by the name of Tara Reese answered the door and I told her who I was and that I had an appointment to view the school. She proceeded to talk to me through the door and stated that they didn't have any spots available until next year. She said she had a lot of mothers that "popped" and left me outside. This lady is highly unprofessional and definitely doesn't need to lead a school. I will be contacting corporate concerning her behavior and refusal to let me tour the school after scheduled visit.

Terrible manager! Grumpy and thinks she can treat parents rudely because she’s worked there forever. I wouldn’t trust them with my children.

I love this place ! My son is well cared for and happy. He loves the toys, activities and baby friends . I feel at ease knowing he is taken care of while I’m at work . The sprout about app is great too I can see all his updates and live stream to check in on him . I would definitely recommend!!

Scheduled a tour and waited 45 minutes in the meeting for no one to answer. This establishment needs to set aside time for potential parents. Sets a bad first impression

I had scheduled virtual appointment and they were a no show. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. It is unfortunate that they conduct themselves in this manner.

Completely unprofessional location wouldn’t accept my son due to his special needs. I would give it zero starts if I could. Firstly, I scheduled a virtual preview for Monday they then sent an email Friday thanking me for attending the preview that I did not attend. So I called and scheduled an in person preview which the director claimed to have no knowledge about when I showed up. Fast forward to trial day I waited outside for over ten minutes ringing the door bell to be let in to pick up my son. No one came to the door I was finally let in by a teacher returning from break. As I was walking out with my son the director was confused on how I entered the building…completely clueless. They pushed his start date back multiple times and the day he was to begin and I started my new job, I get an email saying there was a miscommunication and his spot was given away; when in fact they did not want my son to attend because he has special needs. I WILL be following up with this centers dismissal of my son due to his needs. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!

I've scheduled two tours here.... Both no shows. I changed my entire schedule for the tours and both times no one showed up. I'm in extreme need of infant care and I could have been on the waitlist by now but I can't even contact anyone at this facility.

Took time off work to do a virtual tour and no one showed up. apparently it happens frequently based on other reviews. It's a shame that they don't respect peoples times. As if parents didn't have enough going on.

Updated review.. Mr. Gabriel hands down is still the best teacher there. But since my daughter transitioned to Pre- K, it was different- different teachers and different staff in the last 5 months. She recently interviewed with two private schools for kindergarten and the schools gave me feedback she had a delay. I was extremely hurt and shocked. I'm realizing now, it was best to put her into Montessori in the first place. They do not prepare your children for school. You're just paying for play time and 2 hour naps!
