By far the WORST medical experience I've ever had. The customer service is non existent. It's clear that they're overwhelmed with the amount of patients because they're trying to satisfy their business needs and get paid before any concern for their services. I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment and was seen one hour after my appointment time! The moment I brought it up to the Doctors attention, they rushed me out of there as if that was the problem. Just completely unacceptable! I was referred to a specialist and provided a prescription to be filled at Walgreens. When I arrive at Walgreens, they inform me they did not have a prescription for me. I have to contact the Lakes Urgent care office once again only to find out the made a mistake and sent my prescription to the wrong location. When I arrived to my specialist appointment, once again I have to contact the Lakes Office because they never sent over my referral approval. Constant oversight and mistakes with this office. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Stayo

Doctor Cochrane seems very caring and willing to listen to me every time. She is knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable with procedures by telling you exactly what she needs to do and why. It's not a 5 star because the referral process was not smooth at all. It took a while, like 2 months, to get the referral clear. And only because I called my insurance and asked them to help me accelerate, or start the process. This was for a suspicious mole. So you can imagine how frustrating it was for me.I don't understand the "Lakes Urgent" name either. They have never been able to provide urgent care for me. Maybe I'm reading too much into the name.

I dont write negative reviews but I feel compelled to for them. I have been going here way to long. They dont seem to care about their patients health. It just seems like they are there for the money. I highly recoment not going to this doctor's office.
