Very rude, laughed at my console I tried to sell them (don’t know why, it’s not dirty and it play games just fine). Also sold me a broken disk with a huge scratch on it and wouldn’t return it.

The store is all right. Customer service was kind of trash, but it does have really good games and pretty average prices.

Poor level of customer service. Dude was way more interested in his McDonald's than helping us at all with little to no engagement. (Black long hair, facial hair, plus sized guy)

Compared to the original location, this one is larger and seems to focus more on retro home consoles and those games. There's handheld titles, but it's a limited selection. They do have some rare games here and there. Oddly enough, they also charge between 25-30% more than the other location for the same games. Parking is easier here though and the employee we met was cordial

Came here for the first time looking for a few things but was put off by the rude worker here. Not welcoming and lack customer service. This place is a no for me

Low-level of customer service from the guy at the cashier (black hair, facial hair, on the plus side). He was on the phone, barely interested at all, low level of responses. Inadequate and unsat.

Great variety, I bought an Xbox One from them, and great quality.

Used to be able to find all kinds of retro systems, not anymore at this location.

One of the best “retro” gaming store in the South Bay for your retro gaming need’s. Fills the need that GameStop cannot fulfill for your generation 7 and below consoles and games.Game selection and console availability always change so if you’re looking for a specific item call ahead.Otherwise, I can spend 15-30 mins browsing through their selection to find deals. This is their 1 of 2 locations here in San Diego.Pro tip: call ahead to check stock for a particular game or console you’re looking for

Guy behind the counter is rude. Bad customer service, I'd rather go to the El Cajon location where they're actually nice and willing to help you even 10 mins before closing. He was even rude to a kid looking to sell his stuff. He rather be on his phone than selling to customers. This store is not worth your time.

Extremely disinterested. In being if service. No other customers in store. Game stop is much better in selection and availability as well
