I am very disappointed with the lack of service I have received over the last few months. I keep hearing excuses and excuses over two dresses I have asked and have been told they were able to make (see attached video). They ignore my calls. I even had my husband call and they answered him but never got back to me. Will be reporting to the BBB as they seem incompetent to run a business and respect a customers time and money.

If you are a woman looking for dresses, do not go to this place. I went to look for a dress on Saturday, August 12, 2023 and the young man who helped me did not even take any notice of the dress that I asked him for, that I only wanted Iso comments about other dresses and telling me that he recommended some dresses to me so that I could deify that he would not see me as fat as hell, who calls a client fatter and that another dress was not recommended by Melo because of the fatness in my armpits and I never told him that I wanted those dresses that he He said that I would look fatter and with fat people and I was like, what's wrong with this guy if they aren't even the dresses I want, I think he only told me that so I would leave his store.

I like Mario's very friendly staff. They were a little busy but was very understandable. Will definitely refer all my contacts to this place. The selection was great and I was also offered magazines to find what I was looking for.

I have been going to Mario ever since I was 15 and every time I have came to him he has done a marvelous job. Would definitely recommend if you want somebody who cares about your event/necessities/attire as much as you do!

I ordered a quince dress last year in June. Put down a $300 deposit. Fast forward 3mos ago, I reached out, they have no idea what happened to the dress. I was told them they would investigate, and get back to me. No response, calls go directly to a vm that is full, and can't accept messages! I will put a complaint with the BBB. This place is horrible
