I went back to Marshalls to show them the phone case I bought. After just 10 days of normal use, it looked worn out and cheap. I usually keep it in my purse or pocket. I’ve never had a phone case fall apart like this, and this is just one of many items that is horribly made and bought at this company.
The manager said they couldn’t do anything without a receipt. She was rude, unprofessional, and didn’t even make eye contact with me. No help, no care.
I’ve spent thousands at this store and even had their credit card. I closed it minutes after I left the store today. I’m done shopping at Marshalls.
If you shop here, keep every single receipt. Even for small stuff. Because things will go wrong and they won’t take responsibility. Just check the other reviews. This place is a mess!

I had some papers to send but there is no printing service and they gave me the information on the places to print a document from your cell phone or email. In these places you can print, I visited the one in H in Chula Vista

This store is getting worse in regards to trash outside of the store and the bathroom are disgusting, Shame it use to be my favorite store. I gave 2 starts only because they had what I was looking for.

Good selection of women's, men's and youth clothing items from both dry goods, as well as women's and men's footwear along with miscellaneous items for the home, kitchen and some electronics for personal use as well as various grocery items. Very affordable prices and enough parking.

Nice selection of clothes throughout the store. Fast checkout even when the line is long. Overall a very well run and stocked store for someone like me on a budget that likes to look decent whether at home or work.

This store is great for impulse shopping. Whenever I go looking for something specific, I always leave with more than I went in for. The prices are good and the staff is friendly.

Lydia, the coordinator does not know how to treat her employees she is so rude. And if she sees a big line and only two cashiers, she should coordinate to go on the register and help out.
