Lydia, the coordinator does not know how to treat her employees she is so rude. And if she sees a big line and only two cashiers, she should coordinate to go on the register and help out.

So I used to be an employee and I accidentally left my card in the car. I told the cashier that I have a picture of my employee card and my license ID to verify and if she can just scan the barcode through my phone, and she replied “I am sorry, I cannot.” Which I’m totally okay with, but since the cashier felt bad, she called her manager and asked if I can grab my ID in the car. She replied and said, “We are closing.” And I sighed out of discouragement because I know it’s my fault.” So I said it’s okay I will pay the full price. But the manager named Nikki, added, “Well next time be responsible and bring your ID with you, that’s your responsibility not ours!”First of all, the card is an employees/retiree card. I no longer work for this company and the way you’re treating your customers are trash!!!Second, i done even know you! This location was not the place I worked at so don’t treat me the way you probably treat your employee. You don’t need to power trip especially when I am your customer. I love Marshalls, TjMaxx and HomeGoods, but managers like Nikki is making your store look so incompetent and disgusting!!! Do yourself a favor, if you’re not happy with your job, then QUIT! Don’t take out your bad vibes on customers who didn’t do anything to you. Love this company but Nikki, DO BETTER!!!!

My sister and I went in looking for a gift for our mom and as we found a blanket priced at 12.99, as we were being helped at the checkout the lady saw how cheap it was and got her manager involved saying that this isn't the price. They went to the back to find there were 4 others priced at 12.99 we waited 25 minutes for them to tell us we would have to be paying the price of 39.99 We were very upset because not only did it take time out of our day but the prices that were marked out there and displayed were misleading and they did not bother to even go down on the price for our time or for the misleading price.

I hate this place. Lines are way too long, and they are always shifting the store around. It's extremely messy and smells like some farted in a car with the heat on.

I am an avid Matshalls shopper, however, I try to avoid this location at all costs. Three days ago, I purchased a bunch of Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. One of them was a Timberland jacket for $34.99. After consulting with my daughter in law, she suggested I get a side up as my grandson seems to be growing faster lately. I come back to marshals this morning to try to exchange the jacket. However, they didn't have it in the size I needed so I decided to do a return. They wouldn't take the return door to some type of dust on the jacket, which was in the same condition as I bought it, since I have never taken it out of the bag. Unfortunately I had to deal with the most rude supervisor I have ever encountered in any department store named Anna Y. Now I remember why I avoid this location at all costs and will take the drive all the way up to Mira Mesa instead. Horrible customer service from Anna Y. She likes to argue and be rude and roll her eyes.

Inventory not properly tagged, which caused an already long cashier wait to be even longer.

I love the options and prices at this store. This is my first choice of Marshalls. The store is normally very clean. If you find something you like, but it because it will probably be gone when you go back next time

I was there for a return and because I didn't have my receipt I was given a store credit and at the same time asked to open a credit card account and the more I kept saying no I don't need it, she kept insisting. I finally gave in just so I can get it over with to leave. When I receive my card I will shred it. I don't like credit cards. I was there for a good 15 minutes for my return transaction plus 5 minutes for the credit card. More time than what I planned to be there.
