Rafael was an excellent sales associate! He helped me with everything and I went home with a great deal on a Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid bed. The process was seamless. I would recommend Rafael and Mattress Firm to my friends and family anytime. The bed is amazing and is such an upgrade!

Jorge was amazing!! He really listened to our needs and put us in the perfect set up. He was super attentive and even involved my kids in the processes, they are always a handful and he treated us like family. So much so my son had a little cough and Jorge handed a cup of water. Honestly we’ve never experienced such amazing customer service. Too bad it’ll be a few years before we will need new mattresses because the experience was great. I recommend this location and ask for Jorge you will not regret it.

Absolutely fantastic service from a very knowledgeable Rafael. My wife and I have had terrible luck with mattresses, but I can tell that this is going to turn it around. Hopefully we have found our mattress store for the future.
