My husband and I were looking for a new mattress and we're extremely pleased with the service we received from Rafael. He was patient and answered all our questions. He helped us narrow down the many choices the store had to offer. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything, but with Rafael's knowledge and recommendations we settled on the perfect mattress. Rafael also showed us the current promotions, so we even felt better about the money we were spending. We will definitely be buying any future mattresses from here!!!

So happy I chose to visit mattress firm. I was helped by Rafael who was very informative and friendly ! Helped me order a mattress that was out of stock at the store and organized a pick up at another location 5 minutes away.That’s were Victor helped me take the mattress out to my car and helped me place it in my car. very helpful people and I’m happy with my purchase thank you !

I do believe that most mattress stores including this one can do a better job with transparency. I purchased a mattress a while ago at this location and was not told about the return fee of a mattress that I was no longer interested in. I did return to the store last night to research a Mattress my wife and I both agreed on. I was greeted by Dacia Morales. Dacia is the epitome of what I consider a great sales person. She educated me on the fine details of buying a mattress that would accommodate my body type. He patiently escorted me around her show room show me possible beds that would work for me. I left feeling very valued and educated. Dacia even explained the return fee up front.I truly wish I can say this about all mattress stores.

Not to long ago my mom and I went to mattress firm because we just wanted to look around for a future purchase. As we walked in we were greeted by Rafael Gomez, from start to finish Rafael gave us top notch customer service, didn't pressure us into making a purchase. He was very patient with our indecisiveness and even saved us some money. For my next mattress purchase, I am definitely going back to work with Rafael.

We had a great experience purchasing a king sized mattress from Mattress Firm! Rafael Gomez helped us with our purchase. He was so very professional and friendly. His knowledge really came in handy as we had no idea what type of mattress we wanted and there were so many to choose from! He narrowed it down for us based on how we slept and our preferences and presented us with a few options. We never felt like we were being pressured to make any decisions and we can’t wait to have our new bed delivered! We appreciate all of his guidance and will definitely recommend Rafael and Mattress Firm to our friends and family.

We really enjoyed working with Rafael. He is so personable and knowledgeable about mattresses. He was very busy being the only one working there at the time, but he made sure to make contact with us as often as possible. We loved the variety of mattresses you had available and certainly the ability to try them out as much as we needed to.
