A couple of hiding fees I was supposed to pay 21 for taxes,65 for the line and 25 activation fee which adds up to 111,but they charge me 126,it’s not that much and don’t really care buts I ask what was the other fee about and she didn’t know what what to tell me,I just want to know what your charging me for that’s why it’s supposed to be no yada yada right?

They kept us hostage for 3 & 1/2 hours to buy a phone. Had to come back in the following day due to the incorrect info entered on my application. Got home only to discover we had to come back in due to the wrong birthdate being entered. Now upon arriving home we discovered the entire process had to be redone due to cancellation. After three trips to that store with those inept people they had locked my phone and informed us we had to drive back down there again to unlock it. They were rude, disrespectful, and actually talked about other customers in Spanish behind their backs. Mean & ornery. I was listening on the phone after asking for a refund when they ( the men) said they would call the police if we showed up. A 72 year old and a sickly 69 year old woman scared them. It was because we asked for a refund is why they got scared. I'm calling the BBB and everyone else I can to amend this type of treatment of the elderly. They'll keep you in store for hours on end without a second thought. RUDE...

The employee by the name of Isabella went above and beyond her responsibilities. She was able to merge two different accounts into one of my own. She also had my auto pay changed to a different day, for my benefit. Also was able to recommend a new phone. She did all this with a smile. I'm a difficult individual to tolerate. All in all, a pleasant experience in this store.

Walked in helped by a young lady named Viviana very helpful and nice she explained how all the plans work and recommend the best plan for my situation and also helped me pick out a case and glass screen protector definitely recommend this location this is actually my second time visiting this store I was helped by Maria in my last review so check them out you will be happy with them thanks again Viviana for all your help .

I was there with my daughter on last Saturday, we were greeted by a tall heavy set young man who tried to help us we were there to get 2 new lines and phones. Well there was another young man skinny with glasses and braces not cleaned very well who just took over. He clearly spoke English but flipped and spoke Spanish to the other guy. When I asked him not to do that and it's rude...he proceeded to tell me that he could speak his language if he wanted to, I reminded him that this is America and the language is English I also told him that your checks are in English, handbook in English and in that handbook yes you can speak your language to a customer who communicates that way. In front of his Manager he was still extremely Rude, I'm also Hispanic and I'm Appalled!
