I was a client st this Metro by T-Mobil store for two years. At first, Guillermo was very friendly and helpfull. Over the years, I continued paying my monthly bills with him. Then, in order to purchase three new phones for my family. Sadly, he was not in the store. A female store attendant was there. I explained that I wanted to buy 3 mew phones for my family. She quickly called Guillermo on the phone. She spoke to him over the phone as he was attempting to make a sale. She was the middle person. He came uñ with a good ddeal, but wanted us to pay $69 upfront for the phones, which we would not be taking home on that evening since it was close to closing time and there was not enough time to program the phones that evening. The rest of the money would be paid the next day. The whole purchase would be $300. I was not able to go to the store the next day for I was at work. Yet on Saturday I did return to the store and attempted to buy the three phones. I was told by the female employee that Guillermo had made an error and that I needed to pay $60 dollars more for the phone vs $300 two days before. My wife showed her a paper where the employee wrote the $300 dollar price for three phones. The employee was rude. She literrally threw us out of the store. I do not trust Guillermo anymore. I do not know if this female employee manipulates or lies to Guillermo or his clients. She is not professional, she and Guillermo do not respect prices promised. Even more, she does not know the value of customer service and respect. We were clients for two years. We were faithful clients of his. I cannot accept the fact that this woman told my wife and two minor kids to leave the store. Why did she humiliate us? Why did she treat us this way? Metro by T-Mobil corporate should open an investigation into client respect, and unethical business practices. This woman does not represent the values of Metro by T-Mobil. She was not hired to treat customers like she did. Is she racist? Is she so unhappy there that she cannot treat customers with respect?I am considering moving my business to Cricket or some other company. No one has the right to humiliate and treat anyone like she did. Maybe she wants to know what it means to be unemployeed and earn more than what she is actually is earning now.

Rude and mean worker by the name of Angie she has a bad attitude and don't like her job helping out customers never again will I walk into this metro location!

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE . Bought a new phone 2 weeks ago , was upsold a screen protecter to protect my new cell phone screen. Phone fell out of my pocket this afternoon and not ONLY did the screen protecter get cracked MY ACTUAL PHONE was damaged as well. Multiple times i have ordered my screen protectors through amazon for a much lower price and they ACTUALLY protect my phone . DON'T RECOMMEND METRO PCS LOW QUALITY SCREEN PROTECTORS . $27 for a protector that doesn't even protect your phone. To make matters worse i was told they recommened me to buy another phone again !! Well , what was the whole point of a screen protecter then ???????

Excellent costumer service! Got a great deal here on phones and the guy helping us was super nice! Gone to other metros but never buy anything because the employees are super rude but this one is going to be my go to now! Great Job guys!

Came into fix my family plan and the rep was very helpful. He helped reduce my plan bc another store screwed up my plan and were not helping. Do yourself a favor and come here! Very patient rep.

Came into upgrade my New Samsung. Guillermo was very helpful. He gave me a promotion to add my old phone- FREE FOR LIFE. He also gave me a new case for it and free headphones, for the old phone. He definitely went the extra mile to take care of me. Great buying experience. Recommend this store!

I have upgraded me and my families phones multiple times at this store and make sure to come back with Guillermo. Always a pleasant experience. Today, came to pick up accessories for our two new iPhones. Guillermo always gives me the best prices! He also helped us transfer our stuff from LG Stylo 4 to our new iPhones.

I had just moved into the area and was in need of a new phone and service extremely fast. I came in 10 minutes before closing and was so nervous and hesitant that the employees wouldn't want to service me that late. To my surprise, the staff was so extremely helpful and friendly. They went through every option and plan in order to pick the one that best suit me. They never made me feel rushed and they even stayed later until my phone was up and running. I would definitely recommend this location!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! This is NOT the 1st time but SECOND TIME I am treated horribly! I walk in there for assistance after waiting almost 30 min to then walking out upset because employee Alex seems to be more focused on making a Sale rather than assisting a customer with their needs. I went because my phone had no signal and has been going in and out for a while but this time did not come back. Rather than looking at my phone and seeing what the problem is- I get 2 options Upgrade or wait 4 business days for a replacement and be without a phone until then. Well Alex - after your attitude and not caring turns out a different location was able to assist me and provide CUSTOMER SERVICE THE RIGHT WAT and turns out all my phone needed was a SIM replacement. But you wouldn't know because u were trying to make a sale rather than helping a customer who has been with Tmobile for YEARS! MY SUGGESTION TO YOU LOOK INTO TRAININGS AND LEARN HOW TO BE ATTENTIVE, RESPECTFUL, TIMELY, HELPFUL, AND HAVE THE EXPERTISE YOU NEED TO FULLFIL YOUR JOB AND MEET A CUSTOMERS NEEDS! You were HORRIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL!
