Great Credit Union. It's used by most of the schools. It's nice how they offer accounts to the elementary school kids to learn about savings. They also have a coin machine in the lobby. Love to see the kids putting in their coins that goes into their account. Have my car note there and have a great rate. No complaints thus far.

My first time walking in to a Mission Federal. The Manager from this store was super professional and friendly. Ana Luna one of the executives she was also really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Best experience I’ve had in a bank and business. REALLY IMPRESSED!!

I felt welcome after opening my bank account here and the bank tellers helped with my lost debit card. Super friendly and helpful. It's a bit annoying how they kind kept pressuring you to get their auto loan or credit card, after you kindly say "no" to them.

The manager here was VERY RUDE and condescending as he "man"splained what we already know. Verified with a phone agent that he gave me the wrong information. No idea how he got the position when his communication skills clearly lack.

My girlfriend and I went to open a joint account. We felt like the individual helping us was rushing us and we were not able to ask any questions. My mobile app was not working involving the app and she did not even try to help us. We ended up opening the account with them but just felt like the individual helping us was trying to get off and enjoy their Saturday . We are considering closing account soon just because of that event , because we do not want that same feeling when it comes time to us buying a house and need assistance .

1. The atm isnt drive thru 2. Parking is non existent to get to said atm 3. Once you actually get to atm it doesnt even work! 4. What is the purpose of banking with a place when you cant even access your money?! Countless times I've tried using the ATM only to find it says "transaction not supported" and is out of order. One time I deposited hundreds of dollars in cash ($900 if I remember correctly) and it errored out. I went inside to the branch they said they couldn't help me and "hopefully it would true up once they balanced the atm"... UM WHATTTTTTT.... WHERE IS MY MONEY????????????? Everything about this bank is totally inconvenient and I ultimately left them for these reasons.

Dont do it. Their security is horrible. I was constantly getting my identity stolen. I lost almost 5000 and they refuse to give it back to me accusing me of being part of a scam that was so untrue. When i made my new account i told them many times not to link my account to my old and they did and the same person took the rest of my money. Mission Fed ruined my life and wont take responsibility for it.

I've been banking Mission Fed for over 30 years and always was happy till now. I went to Eastlake Branch, not my local branch, to make a deposit but ATM showed a message that said that transaction couldn't be done. I thought this to be odd and tried again but I got same message. I left without doing my deposit. A week later I noticed a withdrawal on my account for $300. Dlls. For a couple of months I went back and forth with Mission Fed but they treated me like a criminal. In a face to face meeting with an Assistant Manager Justin Piers, (never saw a manager even though I requested). The way he made me feel was what I remember the most. He made me feel like I was trying to robbed the MFCU, since the beginning he suggested that I might it done something wrong. They never accepted that ATM malfunction and I lost my $300. I felt disrespected and ignored. Needles to say I will not be banking with them for long.

I've been a member of this credit union for close to two years now, I haven't had any until mt latest visit to this branch, I went on the ATM in the National City location at 12 pm on the 10th of December (Which is the pay date for my credit card). When I approached the ATM I was told it was out of service at that location and there was a line inside, since I was on my lunch I decided to go to another branch later. (assuming their ATM would work). I later went to the Eastlake branch which is by my gym, to my surprise this ATM was also out of service. I visited the location on the next day to take care of my payment and notify Mission Federal that I had attempted to deposit the cash for my payment the previous day but neither of their ATMs were working. When I spoke to the teller she had a condescending attitude and kept telling me this was the last time the would "help me out" by removing the late fee. She kept telling me that if I atleast kept money in the checking account I could just transfer money to my checking, which would have been the plan if their ATMs were reliable. Instead of apologizing for the failure of their ATMs she blamed me over and over. Attatched is a picture of their ATM machine's message. What bothers me the most is that when I showed her the picture of the previous day (which I attatched to this review) she said "maybe you came by at 8 and it wasnt working but if you would have came back at 8:30 it probably would have worked." Would have given them a 1 star review for the lack of decency of their teller but the manager did remove the 25 dollar late fee from the credit card.

I had a great experience at this branch, thanks to Shabnam K. She was very informative, quick, and treated me with utmost respect and honesty. She postponed her lunch, made time for me when I did not have an appointment and did whatever she could so that everything could be done today. Other branches were not able to complete the same task in one visit and I always had to come back in person to get the process moving, but Shabnam was able to do all that in less than 2 hours. Although the Telegraph branch is literally down the street from me, I will be doing any future business with Shabnam as she provided me with the best quality of customer service and did not waste any time.
