The overall service at MPC was excellent! On May 30, 2024 I was pleased with my visit to this store. The owner assisted the technician in analyzing my Labtop’s problem. They fixed the problem and installed an anti-virus program in a short period of time.Everyone should shop at MPC to save money on parts, repairs and time. Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐About a week ago, I started having trouble with my HP laptop and decided to take it to MPC Electronics in Chula Vista, CA. The repair team had it up and running like new in just one day! I was so impressed with their service that I decided to come back this Saturday to purchase a backup laptop, just in case. Pedro and his team gave me an amazing deal on a new i5 Dell laptop, complete with an external hard drive and keyboard (each sold separately). The customer service here is outstanding, and they clearly know their job and equipment inside out. Highly recommend MPC Electronics for all your tech needs!

There are not many computer\electronic shops around these days. MPC has everything from Monitors, graphic cards, to network cable. Everything you need and more. Great and friendly staff and it's always a pleasure going to MPC.

This is hands down the best place in san diego to bring your computer for any upgrades/repairs or anything else electronics related. They will take care of you , in a timely manner as well ! I recommend everyone to go to Mpc electronics !!!

I had a problem with my pc so I take it to them and This guys didn’t do anything to my pc they said they fix but nothing change and they charge you anyways, don’t go waste of money

So I had quite a journey with MPC.I brought my $3000 PC, which completely died of corrosion and water damage, and my only comment was - to make it back on track at least with the same hardware I had no matter the budget.Eventually I had to go back 6 times to let the owner there, Tom, know that I didn't get what paid for. Which ended up $3500. I still am not sure what was the problem. But eventually MPC after keep trying to fix the problem just swapped every piece of hardware and added even some extra which completely satisfied me and I left with the smile regardless the time it took.Anyway, long story short - not always things go perfectly and the best way is to deal with the problem until fixed - and MPC proved that they will make sure that the job is done!I'm giving this place 5 stars strictly for that reason!Thank you guys!

I've been here twice for various things got my self a solid work laptop for cheap they have a nice selection of monitors and the staff is very helpful and professional. 10/10 would recommend. Also they don't overcharge you

I have brought my computer to this place before and was happy with the service, I don't know what happened recently but this place absolutely blows now. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEYI went because my computer was experiencing graphical issues and I didn't know what the problem is, I turned it into the shop and paid $100 for the guy to look at it, standard fee for checking computers which is fine. I wait a couple days for my computer to be fixed since it was after Thanksgiving they give it back to me. Apparently I had no thermal paste and they applied some, cool. I experienced small issues here and there when I got it back but didn't think much of it.But it got way worse when I came back from my trip. I open up my computer to check on the thermal paste and my god it's awful how they applied it, not enough paste and there was bubbling/air gaps. Not to mention, the issue with my computer wasn't even the thermal paste alone, my graphics card or motherboard is dying but they didn't do any testing to figure that out, didn't check to see if it worked or anything bc they would've absolutely knew instantly something was wrong.I then call up mpc knowing that it was over a month since my visit, I just wanted them to look at the thermal paste and tell me it was or wasn't enough, they didn't need to tinker, or touch anything. I was literally going to open up my computer and show them and wanted their opinion. I would've bought thermal paste right then and there and left too. But no, they wanted $100 just to tell me whether or not they put enough paste on it. Like WHAT?? Why would I pay $100 for a yes or no answer that would take 2 seconds??Overall, bad lazy service, they didn't fix my issue and it actually got worse, and they're scummy thinking they deserve another $100, for what? So they can just look at my computer and say "ehrm, there is no problem☝??" I've paid for their services in the past and they've all done so well and actually were helpful and broke down what the problem was, I'm not sure what happened to the place but they fell off hard. This was a frustrating experience.
