I love the staff it's the stupid people that come speeding through the tiny parking lot! So many idiots will keep driving or try to drive around you when your completely backed out of the parking spot! I had people entering from the wrong side and expect me to move out there way! This is what happens when you just let idiots come into our country!

Long-overdue review… I applied online and was approved for an auto loan through this specific branch… TWICE, I was able to reach the employee assigned to my loan in a span of two weeks. Overall, she was unprofessional, unprepared, and clearly just looking for that clock out time every time we spoke. A few times I had to call the main branch and was met by more unprofessional customer service that I had not experienced in a very long time. At one point, I was given the excuse ‘they were understaffed and ‘had other things to tend to first’ which is why I had not heard back from the employee who I was working with… TWICE, I asked for a preapproval letter which I never got nor was I ever followed up with regarding my loan. It’s been three months since I gave them all my personal information and was approved and still never heard back. I eventually had another credit union match my rate and went with them instead. Again, I was never followed up by this North Island credit union Branch… In a nutshell, it was the worst experience ever(i’ve financed three other vehicles before) and I have now taken my business and additionally opened several accounts with this other credit union instead. Do better North Island credit union, MUCH better! The only thing I expected was decent customer service and willingness to earn my business, non of which was met BY FAR…. Thank you for reading.

there were only 2 tellers and 9 people in line. this was at 2:15pm. i felt like the manager had no care about the line or the members in line for over 15 minutes.

I've been a member here for years and I will be changing institutions. One customer service is extremely poor and slow. They have one employee handling loans on a Saturday. They offer 0 pre approvals for any type of credit cards, let alone want to offer you a low credit limit and never increase it. This institution is great if you love waiting in line forever, you're older, or love jumping over hoops. Other than that don't waste your time. Any other bank will offer new members higher offers than if you bank with north island for over 5+ years. Let alone Darla from loans will not explain anything to you. All she does is punch in 1234 and then forward your app to lending.

ATM is always clean and not busy when we go. The inside is crispy, clean, and cool and the staff is friendly and helpful. They always ask for denomination preference and offer envelopes when cashing checks or withdrawing. As a teacher, I also appreciate how they have Fill-The-Bus or Sponsor-A-Backpack school supply drives to support our community. Very happy with this branch of North Island Credit Union

So I'm a business owner that just started with north island and I went to this branch because of less traffic. I was waiting for a financial adviser when the only two in the office yesterday had customers. When both of them got free one got on the phone and the other "Kevin M" don't know his whole last name but his picture was up. Saw me standing in the lobby my daughter giving me a hard time and I had been there 20 minutes waiting just to pick up my business debit/ credit card. He skips over me for a customer who just walks in... Not a good impression of the credit union. I felt looked over too and he just gives a wry smile and calls the other lady. Finally another 20 minutes goes by and someone coming off her lunch helps me. Freakin horrible horrible customer service. He made me not like his branch anymore...

By far the best customer service! I walked in wanting to refinance my car. I met with Maria Vanella, she is the BEST Financial Services Representative ever. She help me immediately and got everything done and good to go in less than 30 minutes. After that I met with her again regarding a personal loan and once again she surprised me! She is just the best I definitely recommend this bank and if you need any assistance please meet with Maria. I assure you, she won't disappoint you! :)

I cant access my account on app and on-line, had to go to the branch and they couldn't help me either. I can only use my ATM card but cant check my balance. horrible if you are traveling. Noe they refuse to help me over the phone. Horrible customer service and horrible management of apps and online accounts. Poor training of employees who cant resolve a problem and just pass you from one rep to the next.

This is the initial location I signed up at but overall any location I’ve called or dealt with has been horrific. The employee who got my account set up put in literally everything wrong. First was my email address. Which when I asked her four times if I should be getting any confirmation emails now that I’ve made an account, she brushed me off and outright ignored me. When asked to use my security code to log in to the app, she apparently spelled my last name wrong which was the security code. And again brushed it off and said “oh well it should work in about half an hour. Try a few more times and it should work.” I did, and ended up locked out of the account that wasn’t even up for an hour. Two weeks later, when my card had not arrived, found out she put my address in incorrectly so my card was sent to another house across town. The customer service rep this time had the nerve to ask “do you want to deactivate the card orrrrrr you think they’ll send you your card back?” Like they think some random stranger will know my correct address and send it back??? On top of that they could not express my card so I could actually use it, because “they can’t rush a new card over the phone.” It’s been a month now, nothing in my account has been correct since opening it and I still don’t have my card. Which as soon as I get it I will be closing my account. To put icing on the cake, I was sent two survey emails to review my experiences with this company, and the link does not work, just reloads the page asking me to fill out the survey.

Very satisfied with CCU/North Island Credit Union’s exceptional service; online, in person and over the phone. My personal experience with CCU/NICU’s CSR’s has been that they are very knowledgeable about the business, patient and so very helpful. I highly recommend.
