So I've ordered from here plenty of times only because I love papa John's and this location is the closest....but I think today will be my last. Today was the 4th time I've ordered a 2 liter with my pizza and it was not delivered with my order. One time they brought only the sides n soda and forgot the pizza!!!!! I love the pizza but how can you forget things all the time?!?!?

Ordered the Xtra large cheese pizza, and it was dry. Not enough cheese on it nor greasy. I don't suggest the cheese pizza. The service was great, it was just the pizza.

This was my first time purchasing a pizza from Papa John's and I was extremely disappointed, to say the least. To begin with, service was prompt considering that I was the only customer there. Given that customers are able to watch their pizza being made, I noticed that too little sauce, pepperoni and cheese were added to the special large single topping pizza for $7.99. As a matter of fact, the edges of my pizza were burnt! At that moment, I regretted not having gone to 7-Eleven for a pizza which actually tastes better. I'll never patronize Papa John's again due to this particular establishments's lousy job performance in delivering the final product. Also, you might consider placing some benches in the lobby for patrons to sit on while waiting for their order.Your Neighborhood Watchdog,RAJ

Good deal on carryout one topic for 7.99. Pizza ready within 15 minutes; fresh ingredients and tasty. Parking is the only challenge. You gotta park in little plaza next door while pizza parking is closed. I had pepperoni, cheese and meatballs, which were all tasty.TIP: Make sure to pull the garlic sauces frombpizza box orbthey will explode with the steam.

I’m here right now, waiting on some sort of supervisor that isn’t here. I did on line order that they didn’t receive but took my money, how does that work. I’m really pissed. My wife tried calling corporate and they didn’t want to help her. Worst pizza company franchise all put together they suck.

Ordered the "extra" large pizza and got what people might normally consider to be a large. I mean, 8 slices total? Eight, normal, sized slices. I'd hate to see what they think large, medium and small pass for. Maybe a small is a personal size pizza? I'm not willing to find out. And I don't recommend anyone else find out either. I remember Papa Johns used to be good pizza. Oh well.

Absolute trash and the very reason I will never give them any business again. I ordered a pizza at 1400 and after waiting an hour, it arrived and was completely wrong. After calling, I was told another would be sent, but after another hour I did not receive it. Called again and they claimed it was on the way and the driver had left ten minutes ago. 20 minutes after that I still dont have my food and I call again. This time they say that it was delivered but the person that opened door said they did not order anything. When call again, I find out the idiots delivered it the wrong address. they tried to blame me for entering the wrong address, but lets think this through. if they delivered the fist one that was wrong to the right place, why would the address be different for the second delivery. worse, they didn bother to call when the driver was turned away. Why the hell would i pay them, call multiple times, and turn them away when the morons finally arrive? So after waiting three hour I have no pizza, and the thin hope that the dimwitts will actually process a refund. Of course they refuse to email any sort of confirmation that they have or will process my refund, and if they cant manage to deliver a pizza right why would i trust them to do this.
