I had a truly excellent experience with Pedro A. Limon. He was incredibly communicative, always keeping me updated on drop-off and pick-up schedules. Pedro was also very patient in answering all my questions and went above and beyond by offering valuable advice on how to best load the pod. I highly recommend him – you won't be disappointed!

Using pods was a massive mistake. I regret choosing them, and their dishonesty with the delivery process cost me money and time. The website we initially nice during booking, but then was terrible when actually trying to confirm changes to sign documents. They created more problem than they fixed and I am incredibly unhappy.

What is up with these drivers almost caused an accident today. Who ever was driving plates:36271G3. Check on driver please was probably drunk or on drugs by the way he was driving.

Worst experience ever. PODs said they wouldn’t deliver to my new address and it was only a few miles from the original location!!
After 10 months in storage my stuff came back infested with rodents and rodent excrement!!!
I bought insurance and was told it would cover all damages and i didn’t need to buy additional. (Which was a lie). Their insurance excludes any sort of damage caused by rodents. They basically stole my money and damaged my stuff.
Pictures show droppings on my mattress and in pod.
Run don’t walk away from PODS!!
UPDATE *** PODS social media reached out after my review and I provided them the information they requested and I got crickets. Fabulous.

Geoff and Marco at Coronado Mobile Storage are amazing! I have used their services for two years now and i love their extraordinary customer service! The containers are clean and spacious and a great price! Marco’s delivery expertise goes above and beyond! We have made requests for them to drive as far north as Carlsbad and to deliver to some unique sites, their expertise is unmatched also extremely friendly and helpful! Geoff is always very easy to communicate with and very prompt. Coronado Mobile Storage is truly a joy to work with! I highly recommend!

Terrible service. Everything my family owned was broken. Even our deep freezer was badly damaged. We lost all of our furniture. Reached out to customer service and submitted a claim. The claim was denied due to the driver stating nothing happened to the POD in transit. When we opened the POD it was shuffled like a deck of cards.

All around a 5 star event from start to finish. I must single out the storage worker at the Carlsbad location. This guy is completely underpaid for the amount of work that he does daily. James is an all star employee. He holds the highest standards for PODS. This is one guy that will only help this company grow with great reviews and experiences.
